Yksinkertaista majoitusta, helppo tulla omalla autolla mutta lähelle tuli myös julkista liikennettä. Aamiainen sisälsi paahtoleipää, kinkkua, juustoa, keitettyä kananmunaa, muroja, keksejä, kahvia, teetä ja vettä ja oli oikein riittävä aamiaiseksi majoituksen hintaan nähden.
Kolmannessa kerroksessa oli myös pieni yhteiskeittiö ja jääkaappi. Huoneessa isot ikkunat ja ikkunalaudat.

Cons:

Äänet kuuluivat helposti käytävältä ja ulkoa, mutta äänet rauhoittuivat illalla nopeasti. Sänky omaan makuuni liian kova. Kylpyammeesta puuttui tulppa.
