Great location, clean rooms with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Absolutely would stay here again.
The breakfast could've been better
From booking to check out the staff couldn't have been more friendly. We were collected from the bus station and given all the information that we could have possibly needed. The property was very clean and very nice and the location was excellent.

Location was great for being near the ski school.

Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is good.
The breakfast is a bit sad in my book. We arrive most day around 8:30 am. By that time food is 90% gone, the remaining food is all dry, shrivelled up, esp the eggs. The few leaves of cabbage left looked miserable. Who eats cabbage for breakfast anyway? Most days we ended up going out for breakfast. The food did not look high quality or nutritious either. The heat is our room is absolutely boiling. All nights we left the balcony doors ajar so we don’t cook alive. There is no individual temperature control in our room. The dry room for boots and stuff smells like a boys locker room. The odour is pungent.
The apartment was great, they upgraded us to a very large 3 bedroom at no extra cost. Quiet location, in woods but approx 100m from ski rental and pay for onsen. 400 m from lift and ski school drop off. Included breakfast was convenient and good.
No hot tub or onsen on property.

Lovely accomodation with beautiful rooms. Great location a few minutes from ski lifts and good ski hire. Really accomodating staff who provided pick up and drop off at Happo bus terminal (main transport to Hakuba Happo). Breakfast was also excellent.

The Hotel is very close to the bottom of the ski field, easy walking distance with ski boots on. The staff were very efficient, nothing was a problem for them. I would definitely stay again.
