Si te encanta Alibabá como compañía es una buena opción para conocer Hangzhou
Pros:

Hay que conocerlo por la tecnología que tiene y el desayuno muy completo en términos occidentales.

Cons:

Toda toda la tecnología está en Chino así que lo ves pero no lo puedes experimentar. Nos obligaron por defecto a coger 3 habitaciones siendo 5 ( no nos ocurrió así en el resto de hoteles de China) y sólo había un desayuno incluido por habitación, sin previo aviso.

Cons:

The gym is hardly a gym. And where is the high tech gym??????
The breakfast buffet selection was great, but the quality wasn't. The food wasn't delicious. Basically, one will unlikely go for second servings of the sane food.

Basically is still a very pleasant stay for my past 5 days.
Pros:

Breakfast is good and hotel location is near to my meeting place.

Very comfortable stay, apart from the location being further out from city.
Pros:

Love that the hotel is very high tech & clean and the breakfast spread is great.

Cons:

The location - it takes about 30 mins to an hour to get to city. Maybe hotel can consider city tour packages or transport to several tourist attractions.
