Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in guter Lage mit eigenem Strandzugang und kostenlosen Liegen, mit netter kleiner Bar. Der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kamen am späten Abend an und er hat auf der Straße auf uns gewartet dass wir es leichter finden. Das Apartment ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend, für den sehr günstigen Preis ist das angemessen.

Cons:

Die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet, wir wollten zwar nicht kochen, aber mit einem Messer mussten wir uns beim Frühstück abwechseln. Kaffeetassen gab es nur Espresso Tassen, wir haben aber auf Nachfrage sofort größere erhalten. Beim Duschen musste man sich sehr anstrengen nicht das ganze Bad zu fluten.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Strandurlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Promenade. Die Unterkunft ist trotzdem schön ruhig gelegen. Der Privatstrand mit eigenen Liegen war perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The views and the private beach.

Cons:

The toilet is too small. The shower is on top of the sink and wets the entire floor. The parking is very small and needs you to coordinate with other guests to get in/out of it (it's like a Tetris).

2.denizi temiz ,pahalı plajlara gidip çok para harcamanıza gerek yok
3.market ve restoranlar tesise çok yakın ve uygun
4.limana inerken solda börekci var fiyatı iyi ve lezzetli
5.personel her konuda yardımcı ,her şey için teşekkürler
6.Corfu adası yarım saat mesafede ,vizesi olanlar ve yeşil pasaportu olanlar için Liman ve feribot bilet satış ofisleri çok yakın konumda

Cons:

Shower literally flooding the whole toilette. Very noisy environment: other rooms, other floors, parking... So much noise was impossible to sleep and rest from early morning

Great value
Pros:

We spent two nights at Amelie's apartment and we loved our stay .
The room was exactly as described, with a beautiful view of the beach that made watching the sunset from the balcony a real highlight. The flat was spotless, and the hallway had a wonderfully inviting fragrance.
The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk from the main promenade. Parking is available on-site, but we chose to leave the car on the street, which made it easier when heading out.
A great bonus was the inclusion of two sunbeds and an umbrella for the small beach right in front of the apartment, definitely a nice touch.

Cons:

There’s no sign on the main street, so it can be a little tricky to find. Just head down the street in front of the mini market and you’ll get there.

Зустрів і провів позитивний власник. Дуже шикарний вихід до моря, свій пляж та свої шезлонги, без додаткової сплати. У номері пічка, чайник і дуже великий балкон. Дякуємо за гарне місце!!!

Excellent hotel with nice rooms at a central position in Sarandë, close to everything, and on top of that with a dedicated beach.
Special thanks to Gienti, the host, who's kindness is above everything, i really enjoyed meeting him, very helpful and take care of his clients.

Fantástica elección en Sarande!!!
Pros:

La situación es muy buena, primera línea de mar, como en una pequeña bahía, pero con todos los servicios cerca.
El dueño nos trató de 10.
La zona con hamacas y sombrillas es un punto a favor, y tiene un pequeño bar para pedir bebidas.

Cons:

No es que no me gustara, pero los datos para móvil a veces iba lento. Pero vaya, sin más importancia y menos estando de vacaciones.

Beachfront and great
Pros:

We booked last minute due to another property cancelling last minute. We had a room at the back of the building which we knew. Nice garden and free sunbeds. Little bar. Quite dated room and bathroom but we paid very little and it was spotless.

Cons:

A little difficult to find the entrance.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, away from the ”hustle and bustle” but still walking distance to everything. The private beach was beautiful!

Cons:

It was very thin walls, so you could here people coming home late at night. Lucky for us the people who stayed the same time as us was very respectful and quiet, but I guess that really depends on the guests.

There was no cleaning of the room during the stay, so it’s not ideal if your staying multiple nights.
