최악입니다. 운영사가 두 개라고 호텔 프런트측과도 소통 못하고, 카톡이나 문자로 소통해야합니다. 호텔 주차장도 이용 못하고요.
직원응대도 정말 안 좋은데, 말투도 안 좋고 너무 불친절합니다. 호텔 시설도 너무 낡고 지저분합니다.

Great location if in a rental car, spa bath is fantastic
Pros:

*A preface to this review, I believe this room is maybe not directly owned by the hotel itself, although they do seem to manage/maintain it. This didn't really have any impact on our stay, the staff were still very helpful and kind, even replenishing towels and water on the 2nd and last full day of our stay.

The parking option was very handy and there is lots of cool little restaurants and things in walking distance, although they definitely feel more catered to locals (but they were more than welcoming regardless). The location is great if you have a rental car for exploring the eastern and southern parts of Jeju, going to places like the Ilchulbong tuff cone, aqua planet, or even down towards Seogwipo.

The room itself is quite nice and lets in a lot of natural light, with sheer curtains for privacy as the main window does face a street. The bed was comfortable and the spa bath was incredible to have. It's also on the same floor as the coin laundry which only accepts card (which was actually quite helpful, 5,000won per wash and then again to dry), which was super handy for washing clothes late at night before bed ready for the next day. There is a convenience store located downstairs within the hotel that is open til 1.30am, and there is lots of food options open til at least 8pm (many even until 10pm) within an under 15 minute walk.

We are very happy with the stay, especially for the price (because, again, the spa bath was fantastic) and could definitely see ourselves staying again in future visits to Jeju.

此飯店與「最佳濟州城山飯店」是同一地點，但入住時櫃台查不到我的訂房資料，需要請我出示訂房號碼，之後前台人員打電話詢問，才告訴我房號與密碼。

訂四人房，但毛巾與杯子只給二份，跟前台反應後，一樣是打電話請人來處理，對於英文不好的人，要花時間來跟對方溝通，覺得很不方便。

11月之後飯店房間內不提供冷氣，只有暖氣，怕熱的人可能要把窗戶打開通風，但樓下對面是一間烤肉店，如果是低樓層的，味道會隨風吹進房間，可能是因為空曠，客人講話聲音聽的也很清楚，晚上被吵醒很多次，如果像我一樣睡眠有障礙的人，請跳過這間吧！

優點是離城山日出峰很近

다음에 또 이용 하고 싶습니다

주변에서 밥 먹고 카페 산책 등등 걸어서 갈수 있는곳이 많았고 조용한 동네여서 더욱 좋았습니다
