Room need reconstruction....
The environment
Old facility, I booked the room days ahead and still had to wait 45 minutes for them to clean the room. Nobody answered their calls when I called ( kitchen, restaurant). Mosquitoes in the room.
Safety of the hotel
On site restaurant does not have international cuisine as was mentioned wrongly on booking.com
Even the food that we ordered took an hour to come but wasn't prepared the way they wrote on the menu, did not like the food at all. There was a cat walking around at our table in the restaurant.
There was no hot water in the shower, the staff told us to keep the water running for 30 minutes to get hot water but despite doing that we did not get hot water.
The landline phone of the room wasn't working.
And all this after paying for their executive room.
Breakfast has been better at the Noble Hotel in years past. Selections were fewer this time.

The hotel definitely needs a face lift, especially the rooms. The towels were very discolored as well as the beddings. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, as well as one of the gentlemen helping with breakfast, however some staff seemed demotivated and gave very little service. A lot of the menu items were also not available for order and that was frustrating. We kept having to leave the hotels for meals
