Spacious and tidy, but uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and tidy. The location was decent. Nestled right next to a cafe called ‘Yard Cafe’ - highly recommend their Ruben toastie!

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. You can tell it’s a very old mattress.
The late check in process was a bit difficult, but we got there in the end.

great tidy apartment close to shops and beach.
Pros:

loved the location, check in was easy and staff were wonderful. Pool was a bit cold for us, but we did enjoy the spa. There were a mix of guests and people who lived in the apartment block. Loved that we could have 2 sets of keys. Easy walk to Sunshine Plaza and Cotton tree

Cons:

The second twin bedroom did not have an aircon and the fan was quite slow. Very small window so we got a bit stuffy and had to sleep with the door open which helped a bit. The fridge smelt like fish and the elevator was a bit motor oil smelly.

We won't be back and won't be recommending.
Pros:

The location - handy to required ammenities. Easy parking. Easy access.

Cons:

I was disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. The couch was uncomfortable. The apartment felt very sparse & basic.
The outside balcony had not been cleaned as far as I could tell thus putting us 'off' using it. Considering what one pays one would think cleaning should be a priority. Also one of the bathrooms wasn't that clean - long hair and dusty. The basins don't drain that well either. All in all a little shabby!

There were dirty socks and ripped shorts in the bedroom. I threw them out. The bathroom bin was broken. Some of the cutlery was dirty. The lounge aircon wasn’t working. To check in when I arrived at 4pm- I couldn’t get in through the foyer door so I was out in the rain ringing to get someone from reception to open it. I probably won’t stay here again.

Smell ruined stay
Pros:

The building its, self and amenities were lovely

Cons:

Our appartment had a disgusting damp smell.. Everytime we came back in it seemed stronger.. Posibly a smelly damp mop had been used to wash the floor? Or there is a leak somewhere.. It really effected the quality of our stay.
