Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage und man kommt mit dem Leihauto überall einfach hin. Es war sehr sauber und der Garten mit Pool war ein Traum (inkl. Landschildkrötenbesuch). Nun jedoch zum wichtigsten Punkt. Das Personal war einsame Spitze und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht und äußerst gastfreundlich. Das Personal das für uns am meisten da war sind Ayhan, Yasar, Ismail, Sezer und die Managerin Gulten 🙂
L'Hôtel est un peu en retrait du centre ville , il possède un magnifique jardin dont nous avons profité en particulier au petit déjeune. Le petit déjeuner turc servit à table est vraiment exceptionnel tant en quantité que qualité.. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins . Nous avions choisi une chambre panoramique et chaque matin nous profitions du spectacle inoubliable des montgolfières s'envolant dans le ciel.
Notre chambres aurait eu besoin d'être rajeunie.

Vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen und gehört mal repariert. Insbesondere Nägel und Splitter die aus Sitzgelegenheiten rausragen fanden wir nicht so toll.
We had a lovely experience at Cappadocia, comfortable and peaceful.with a nice view, good breakfast, very confortable bed and room from hot air balloon view. Kind and talented stuff, delicisious food and good location. The staff were very friendly. We will come back.

- bathroom needs 100% renovation, new and contempory toilets, shower, etc
- all very old and overloaded
- minibar: when opening door, fridge falls over
- breakfast/coffee way to late at 8:30am
- no TV
- telephone does not work for calls
- room cleaning very strange, we departe 9+ am and returned ca. 13:30-14:00 - rooms were never made til then
- very loud, each and every door bangs with each guest

No elevator
Excellent breakfast. Extremely helpful staff with arranging additional experiences, trips and transportation. Nothing was impossible.
