Enjoying Istanbul for my 6th visit
Pros:

I liked everything since it was my 2nd stay here at the same hotel ... The location, people, facilities, food,,, etc
Even the wifi signal was great...

للأسف من ادارة بوكينغ اعتماد فنادق بدون مراجعه دائمه لتصرفاتهم
Pros:

الفندق سيئ جدا ويا جماعه لا تنصحوا الناس فيه وتورطونهم بهذا الفندق ، حرام الناس تذهب الى اسطنبول لترتاح وليس للتعب

اولاً الفندق لا يرتقي إلى 4 نجوم مطلقاً وانا متاكد ان هناك لعب بالموضوع
ثانيا العاملين بالفندق وخصوصا العاملين بالريسبشن فترة النهار لا يوجد لديهم الأسلوب بالتعامل مع ضيوف الهوتيل وأخص بالذكر الشخص المتواجد بالريسيبشن يوم الاحد تاريخ 21 / 6 / 2026

ثالثا الغرف لا يوجد فيها أغطيه للنوم وحين تطلب منهم الغطاء يعطوك غطاء واحد فقط ولازم ترجع تطلب منهم اكثر من غطاء المهم بالاخير الغطاء لا يكفي لشخص كبير وجميعهم أغطية أطفال

رابعا تنظيف الغرف للاسف التنظيف لغاية الساعه 12 او الواحده ظهرا مع العلم ان كل الفنادق المحترمه طلب التنظيف عندهم لا يتوقف واذا كان هناك وقت اخير للتنظيف لا يكون قبل الساعه 4 او 5 عصرا

خامسا لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف للملابس وحين تطلب منهم هذا الشي يخبروك ان تنتظر يومين حتى ينتهوا من غسيل الملابس من اي مكان او تاخذها بنفسك وابحث عن مكان لغسل الملابس

وهناك الكثير من الاشياء طبعا وابسطها ان الحجز كان مقدما وبشرط يكون اطلالة على واجهة الفندق وحين الوصول للاسف غرفة تطل على طريق داخلي وحين أخبرتهم انني حجزي غرفه من بوكينغ باطلاله يقول ليس متوفر حاليا وطلبت منه اراجع بوكينغ واشتكي
كانت إجابته ليس عندنا مانع اذهب واشتكي

بالاخير الحق الاول والأخير على ادارة بوكينغ التي ورطتنا بهذا الشكل من الفنادق وشي طبيعي حين يلاقي مثل هذا الفندق طريق للعرض السهل والكسب والنصب على الناس من خلال استغلال مواقع معروفه مثل بوكينغ للترويج عن الفندق لن يتردد ابدا

Birincisi, otel kesinlikle 4 yıldız standartlarını karşılamıyor; burada işin içinde bir bit yeniği olduğundan eminim.
İkincisi, personel —özellikle de gündüz vardiyasındaki resepsiyon ekibi— konuklarla nasıl iletişim kurulması gerektiği konusunda gerekli nezaketten ve tutumdan yoksun. Özellikle 21 Haziran 2026 Pazar günü resepsiyonda görevli olan kişiyi belirtmek
isterim.

Üçüncü olarak, odalarda yeterli yatak örtüsü/battaniye bulunmuyor; bir örtü istediğinizde yalnızca tek bir tane veriliyor, bu da ek talepte bulunmanızı gerektiriyor. Üstelik verilen örtüler çocuk boyutlarında olduğundan bir yetişkin için yetersiz kalıyor.

Dördüncü olarak, oda temizliği konusuna gelince: Ne yazık ki kat hizmetleri öğlen 12:00 veya 13:00 civarında sona eriyor. Oysa saygın otellerde temizlik hizmeti kesintisiz sunulur ya da bir bitiş saati varsa bile bu genellikle 16:00 veya 17:00'den önce olmaz.

Beşincisi, çamaşırhane hizmeti yok; sorduğunuzda ya çamaşırların yıkanması için iki gün beklemenizi söylüyorlar ya da kıyafetlerinizi yıkatabileceğiniz bir yer bulmak için onları kendiniz başka bir yere götürmenizi öneriyorlar.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Location and Who loves to live on Istaklal Street at Taksim Square with plenty of Foods and restaurants.

Location and the Room

Cons:

The entrance of the Hotel very weired ... from the street it is sweets shop and when you enter you find elevator inside the shop take you up to the next floor where located the hotel.
Food was Poor and not fresh.

Досить чисто.

Cons:

Дуже і дуже гучно на вулиці вночі, все чутно в номері, шумоізоляції немає. Дискотеки під вікнами тривають до 4:00. Доводилось спати на дивані в передпокої, щоб хоча б трошки зменшити інтенсивність шуму.

Un bel soggiorno a Istanbul

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e alla zona della movida di Istanbul.
Staff gentile e colazioni molto buone

Cons:

La finestra della nostra camera non si chiudeva bene e quindi c’era rumore. Noi con i tappi per le orecchie però abbiamo dormito tranquillamente. Essendo l’hotel in una zona molto vivace di notte, è normale trovare dei rumori

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr schöne Dachterrasse! Auch das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit haben uns gefallen, ein sehr komfortables Hotel in direkter Lage beim Taksim-Platz und Nähe zur U-Bahn.
