-the location is perfect right in istiklal street and 2 minutes walk to taksim square and metro and bus station.
-everything around the hotel, shopping stores, restaurants, transportation.
- very wide rooms.
- breakfast at the roof of the hotel with nice selection of food.
the escalator is very slow, u wait to much to get it and also u stay a long time in it till you reach in or out.
Clean , location perfect, room good , but some point has to be mentionned . Price is good .
Air conditioning is not working perfectly, I mean we came from cold countries in Europe, 16 degree was warm . Hairdryer wasn't good quality , I was drying my hair for about 3 minutes , started to stop , then I smelled burning , I rechecked it noticed that was already burned long time a go , and then only fixed it .
No toothpaste, no ear puds , as I thought there is , we ended to buy those .
Breakfast, no juice at all for all our stays , which is I think has to be there, as some people like us juice is important I'm morning breakfast.
Otherwise everything nice, staffs are very nice .

the location was super it is directly in Istiklal st.
I didnt like that I booked through Booking a standard room with 25 square meter and smooking room, when reached they offered me small room and not smooking room because the wondow was locked. so i told the staff about the difference between what I booked and what receive. they called the manager and he solve the problem and gave bigger and smoking room. by the way the entrance to the hotel is sweet shop and the sign that carries the hotel room is not so clear.

В номере на двоих только одно кресло.Хотелось бы кресла для двоих.
Гостиница и персонал хороший, забронировали заранее, но оказалось, что я ошибся и оформил на одного себя)) но администрация все исправило и за это не взяли деньги и мы с женой хорошо провели время! Завтраки очень вкусные, выбора достаточно, к чаю тоже всякого много, вообщем мы довольны!

Отзывчивость, честность и порядочность персонала. Отличное место размещения, свободный доступ на террасу в любое время дня и ночи. Вход в отель через магазин сладостей - это очень необычно.
Лифт очень долгий, лучше ходить пешком. Очень шумно ночью, если ваши окна выходят на главную улицу. В номере нет независимого кондиционера, система вентиляции центральная, поэтому возможность управления климатом в комнате может быть ограниченной (в зависимости от настройки общей системы: у нас не было возможности включать кондиционер и приходилось открывать на ночь окна - было шумно).
Όλα ήταν μια χαρά και ακριβώς όπως έδειχναν οι φωτογραφίες. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο και καθαρό.
Το αρνητικό είναι ο θόρυβος. Τα κουφώματα όχι καλής ποιότητας με αποτέλεσμα ο θόρυβος από τον δρόμο και η μουσική από το απέναντι μπαράκι το βράδυ να μην σε αφήνουν να κοιμηθείς.
