Luxury experience
Pros:

The property was immaculately clean and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. They had everything you could need. The bed was especially comfortable to sleep on! Would love to visit again. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional.

Cons:

Der Check-in-Prozess hat unverhältnismäßig lange gedauert – rund 20 Minuten bis zur Aushändigung der Zimmerkarte. Im Vergleich zu mehreren anderen Hotels während der Reise war dies mit Abstand der langsamste Ablauf und wirkte unnötig kompliziert. Zudem wurde das im Zimmer bereitgestellte Wasser separat berechnet. In dieser Preiskategorie erwarte ich zumindest kostenfreies Wasser als Selbstverständlichkeit.

Pros:

I travel and stay often at the Sheraton and the employees are always so hospitable, it's feels like a second home. I also love the breakfast.

El cuarto es agradable y limpio - la cama es buena y los equipos del cuarto funcionan muy bien

Cons:

Las alfombras de las áreas comunes están deterioradas y el baño en el cuarto necesita un poquito de cariño. No está mal, pero el asiento del inodoro estaba dañado y los accesorios del lavatorio estaban manchados - el lavatorio no drenaba bien
