Great location and very clean but decor lacking
Pros:

Pros- Great location and very clean.
Cons- would have been helpful to know the door enternace was on the side of the building. Also when we entered the house the air conditioning was on (in december) and it was freezing.
Suggestions- more festive decor to go with holidays would have been a plus. More covers/sheetsfor colder weather. Hair dryer in the bathrooms.

Comfy retreat
Pros:

Loved the condo. It was clean and well kept. Very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

Not my favorite
Pros:

When I booked our stay I was exited for the pool and hot tub however the hot tub is broken with caution tape over it and the pool was dirty needless to say we were bummed. The train at Dollywood sounds like it’s gonna come thru the town home and the noise of upstairs people was all night long. Beds were hard as a rock. The only things I liked was that it was clean and spacious. Most likely won’t book this one again as I was disappointed over all. Oh and the dryer was full of towels that we not completely dry so they stunk I washed them myself upon arrival and should not have had to do so.

Pros:

Great price, close to Dollywood. An old building but the renovated unit was nicely updated. You could hear upstairs neighbors walking around but luckily it wasn’t an issue. We loved having the extra space for our pigeon forge stay!

Pros:

The property itself seemed like nice accommodations. It looked as advertised except for the hot tub in the photos are not accurate, it is not functional. The townhouse had a lot of bugs we had to tackle our first night there. The guests upstairs can easily be heard, voices, walking, stomping & running. There was someone else’s hair on the king comforter when we got there. And the shower in the bathroom attached to the king bedroom does not get very warm. The location is great to get to Dollywood or any other surrounding attractions. The townhouse was equipped with anything we may have needed.
