All good - breakfast, staff, location.

Cons:

There were a group of men who arrived one day and they were drunk in the night ,they made too much noise near the swimming pool. But the staff was really good and they apologiese on behalf of the group.

Enjoy the stay in Jasminn Hotel
Pros:

Again I booked this place which is still my favorite in Goa as it is super quiet and beds are very comfortable.
The high standard of rooms and service was kept for so many years , also the lovely garden is very well maintained.
Staff was excellent friendly and very much attentive. Thanks for the relaxed stay .

Cons:

Maybe for next saison pool towels have been exchanged as they were little dirty and looked used for long time. Nevertheless mattress and sunbeds were okay .

Very relaxed. Well maintained spacious hotel. Nice homely vibe. Pool and recreation were good.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was good. Standard, with Indian and english dishes. For dinner, we dined in and really enjoyed the cheese garlic naan and the succulent beef honey chilly. All in all, the room, service, cleanliness, food and recreation including pool were really good. We had fun!

Cons:

For dinner, the butter garlic prawns and the scrabbled egg(which we thought was overpriced at "eggs to order") we're a let down.

Enjoyable 2 night stay
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Special mention to Kily who checked me in and was very thoughtful. Wendell, who worked during the night was lovely and the restaurant manager and all his team were very accommodating and polite. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is powerful. Nice toiletries are provided. I like the decor of the rooms. I travelled in the off season so it was quiet. I'd definitely recommend this property. Oh and an added bonus there is a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach.

Cons:

Hairdryer wasn't in the room but the reception organised one to be sent to my room. Not sure if that is always the case.

My family enjoyed hre. Will surely visit again
Pros:

Hotel premise and facilities are excellent. Food is Excellent. My kids loved it. Breakfast also has many option, Indian as well as continental. Staff is very helpful.

Cons:

There is no communication with finance dept. I had already paid for the stay as per msg on Booking.com. But when we reached hotel, they asked us to pay saying they have not received any payment. For checking with finance dept took 24 hrs. Breakfast was included in the stay, but restaurant said that it is not included. I asked them to check booking and finally they agreed that breakfast was included. Please communicate properly
