Superb stay in Jasminn
Pros:

Hospitality was fantastic. We got a villa upgrade as my mum cannot climb the stairs to our room. Villa was very spacious and clean. Breakfast choices were fantastic

Excellent Place for Family and Peace !!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jasminn Hotel, Goa, and would like to sincerely appreciate the amazing hospitality and food facilities provided by the entire team. What was originally planned as a 3-day stay turned into 5 days, simply because we enjoyed the calm, beautiful atmosphere and the warm service so much.

A special thanks to the Housekeeping Team – Mr. Anil, Udgesh, and Mahesh for maintaining such clean, comfortable rooms and for always being helpful and attentive.

From the Front Office, heartfelt thanks to Sudha and Beverly for their polite assistance and smooth coordination throughout our stay.

The Kitchen & Restaurant team – Neston, Edison, Aliston, Celroy, and Melvin deserve special appreciation for the delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner served every day. The food quality and variety were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.

A very special thanks to Melvin who kindly prepared a ginger syrup shot when I had a sore throat and cough—a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects the caring nature of the team.

We would also like to thank Mr. Anil for the thoughtful gift presented to us during our stay. Such gestures make guests feel truly valued.

Because of the peaceful surroundings, beautiful property, excellent service, and amazing food, we happily extended our stay from 3 days to 5 days.

We will definitely look forward to staying again at Jasminn Hotel whenever we visit Goa next. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip memorable. 🌴✨

Overall, it was a good stay
Pros:

Overall, it was a good stay. We were looking for a quiet two-night getaway away from home, and the experience was largely pleasant. We were upgraded to a 1BHK, which was well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

Few observations: -
The shower area was quite slippery. there were visible paint marks on the shower glass, and the bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty. Mattress comfort could be improved for better sleep quality. The bed linen had some stains.
Above is just feedback to enhance the guests stay.

Limited vegetarian options during the breakfast buffet.
Food quality needs improvement
the pasta served did not meet expectations.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay, made better by friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb, plenty choice of both local and european cuisine.
Rooms are big and kept clean.
Staff were all very attentive and always willing to help.
Lovely well kept gardens and swimming pools.
Shuttle bus to the beach was an added bonus and the drivers always polite and friendly.
The location was quiet and rural, with a few local restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

This is the second time we have stayed at The Jasminn and really cannot find fault with anything.

No reception or duty manager at night
Pros:

OK overall.

Cons:

No duty Mgr after midnight.
I had a problem with ac and they didn't fix until the next morning. They even accused me of pushing the wrong button! I was sleeping when the ac turned off!!! I didn't push any thing. I called the reception and no one was there! I had to sleep without ac that night. In the morning, they fix the ac and they said it pushed the wrong button.

Тихий красивый чистый отель с прекрасными бассейнами, хорошим рестораном. Очень хороший персонал! До пляжа ездит трансфер каждый час, но можно и прогуляться минут 20 по зеленым дорожкам Гоа))

Cons:

Слышимость в номерах. Мой номер был смежным с другим и через дверь все было слышно. Это не очень удобно на отдыхе.

Pros:

Booked here after a disastrous start with another hotel.
This place was a breath of fresh air. The staff and service were lovely. We've even booked go back to finish our holiday.

Nothing. Only things that could be improved on would be more choice of fresh fruit in the morning.
