The activities were fabulous and a lot to do.

If you advertise for a fitness centre at your property you should have more than 2 cardio machines and a few dumbbells. The basic equipment which constitutes a fitness centre was missing.
I was refused a hard copy of the invoice upon check out. I was then assured an email would be sent of the invoice on the same day. I have not received the invoice yet.
I still await a response from the property on this regard.
Everything was exceptional. Including the spa. Definitely I'll comeback to this place
Just two things. The location looks like an isolated. And the prices for the food was lil bit high. But it works tho.

מלבד הבניין המרכזי יש גם וילות מבודדות, שנמצאות בתוך היער, ומובילים אליהן שבילים מסודרים. ניתן להגיע אליהן או ברגל או ברכב גולף שמעמיד המקום לרשות האורחים. המקום מציע המון פעילויות למשפחות. השירות מעולה, האוכל נפלא, וכל אחד מאנשי הצוות שאיתם באנו במגע גילה יחס יוצא מן הכלל, זכר את הבקשות שלנו, ועשה כל שניתן כדי להנעים לנו את השהות. מי שמחפש שלווה, רוגע ושקט, דבר שאינו מובן מאליו בהודו, זה המקום.
הנסיעה אל המלון אינה קלה. הוא ממוקם במרחק של כשעה ממדיקירי ובמרחק של כחצי שעה מהעיירה הקרובה אליו ביותר. אין בכלל מסעדות בסביבה, וזה אומר שאת כל הארוחות צריך לאכול במלון עצמו. אמנם האוכל מצוין, אבל רק ארוחת הבוקר הייתה כלולה, והמחיר שהמלון גובה עבור הארוחות האחרות אינו זול - כ1700 רופי לאדם. זהו מחיר שאינו עומד בשום יחס למחירי ארוחות בהודו. זה גם מייקר באופן משמעותי את השהות במלון, וכדאי לקחת את זה בחשבון.
אם רק היו מחירי הארוחות נוחים יותר, זה היה מלון מושלם,.
The food and the chef were excellent. They took our request for customisation for a few dishes.
The reception staff was very disappointing. They were not very active on housekeeping requests. The resort also doesn't provide mineral water, instead they give you their own packaged water.

Cost of food / property
We absolutely loved the property. One of the most well maintained property by far. The food was enjoyed by all and the chef was really humble and explained well about his style of cooking. Our 5 year olds had gobbled up their entire plate. Apart from that, the activities was good.
Just one suggestion, please make a bigger pen for the riding the horse. Or other option available for experienced riders too. As the property is pretty vast.
I must highlight that the hospitality has been truly exceptional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Jaiom at the restaurant and Chef Mr. Ajith, who went out of their way to cater to our specific needs from the moment we arrived until our last breakfast. The housekeeping team also kept the rooms clean and comfortable.
Beyond the warmth and dedication of the staff, we feel that the room, location, and amenities do not quite meet the expectations typically associated with a five-star property. Some basic facilities we had anticipated were missing, which was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the location—especially during the monsoon season—makes access slightly more time-consuming than expected.
Location is good but no network coverage
If in monsoon season don’t come here if you don’t like insects because there were insects all around the villa

The service is kinda poor or less responsive. Mobile network issues was the major problem. The amenities was not upto the mark as the advertise in the ad it’s was kinda eyewash

Excellent location in Coorg Plantation for a quiet relaxed stay.
Room service rates are so high that you won’t order. If you are willing to pay they don’t service. Crazy!
Food and beverage prices are too much. Coffee not available in coffee country. Ridiculous machine coffee at Rs 220 for a small cup. Unacceptable
Based on the online description and listed facilities, this place was a complete letdown. It doesn’t even deserve a 2-star rating. I felt genuinely embarrassed in front of my partner for booking this stay. I usually have the patience to coordinate and adjust when things go wrong, but this experience pushed me beyond my limit.
From the moment we checked in, it was one issue after another—TV not working, no Wi-Fi, hot water problems, and food that was far from acceptable, so much over priced on top of that. I had to repeatedly allow staff into the room to fix basic amenities. I even had to step out mid-shower because the hot water failed—despite it being the third time I reported it to the admin that day.
The cook seriously needs to be changed. The food was just not up to the mark. Honestly, this place might be okay for hosting functions or events, but definitely not for a relaxing stay. Either reduce the room charges significantly or improve the quality of service, because at this point, it’s just not worth the money.
A word of caution to women or couples booking this place for a good time—don’t. It’s embarrassing and frustrating. Also, please upgrade the TV—it’s 2025, and basic entertainment shouldn’t be a hassle.
