Not good if you want a calm and comfy stay, but can work for you if you are an early bird who just need a place to sleep

Location is good & the yard between the.

Cons:

The room was smelly from the sink.
We didn't have hot water in the shower.
In the morning children were running up and down the stairs making awful noise which woke us.
