Very strategic location and near shops..

Cons:

No signal of tv, makes me bored stay in the room... Got a stain on the toilet wall, maybe u all can improve more cleaning in the bathroom .. when cleaning, please make sure the tissue on the table is enough .. before this, I'm always checking in here.. but for some reason, I choose another hotel that has free Netflix and smart tv..

1) near to BRT station
2) Plenty of parking lots available
3) Cheaper

Cons:

1) The smell over the corridor level 3 was very unpleasant
2) Bathroom door knob was broken
3) Wall mirror in the room also broken and not safe for kids
4) Aircond was leaking and the floor is wet because of the water leaking.
5) Aircond remote also have leaking and not comfortable to touch because something oily thing coming out from the buttons although wiped.
6) Shower bracket head was broken and its hanging on the floor.
7) Only providing shower gel and no hair shampoo
8) The towel was very smelly and not comfortable to use.
9) Comforter was not clean and have stain mark.
10) Hot water dispenser provided but NO cup and tea/coffee sachets are provided.

Please fix all this in room No.401

I love this location and the room also comfortable and big... The staff also friendly and give good customer service.

Cons:

Please upgrade the water pressure in the toilet because very slow.. the sink already upgrade but the water pressure very slow... I hope the management upgrade all the tv in every room with smart tv... And no hanger in the cupboard, cannot hang shirt.

I feel if I could give the rating in -ve number but there is no option for that.
It was really horrible experience with this hotel.
They charged full amount on the booking itself but did not mention its mechanical door opening system for main entrance.
In spite of informing at the time of booking about our arrival time, there was no one to receive us. we reached hotel at 4 am but no one was there at front desk, the door was locked, only one print paper was hanging outside the main entrance door written one phone number there. We called on that number multiple times, but no one picked up.
Finally, we had to search for another hotel nearby and managed our stay there.
They did not even send any mail for room number, any code for digital door lock for main entrance.
To our surprise we got this e mail after 2 days of the vacation over about the room number and code for digital lock.
This hotel should get banned from the booking.com site.
