Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas tiene ciertos detalles que pueden mejorar.
Pros:

Es una buena ubicación, hay una excelente oferta gastronomica alrededor.

Cons:

En mi experiencia, la habitación que nos dieron no tenía ventilación y el sanitario en el área de la regadera se quedaba estancada el agua, causando mal olor el resto del dia, me gustaría agregar que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente ya que el filtro de manera evidente estaba sucio.

El trato ,el costo nada que ver con la relación costo-calidad,servicios,restaurante te advierten que es independiente al hotel ,alberca solo te venden la foto porque nada q ver no te dejan subir (4°piso) bebidas,no volvería por nada,caí ahí porque no había habitaciones donde siempre me quedo

Very relaxing and comfortable. Right on the popular street Paseo Montejo.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Able to black the entire room to sleep well. The location was unbeatable. The pool on the rooftop was a nice added touch.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

No fue lo que esperaba

Tenía buena ubicación.

Cons:

Mi habitación estaba al lado de las escaleras y se escuchaba cada que alguien llegaba o salía, además, estaba la luz del pasillo que entraba hasta con la cortina cerrada y no pude dormir por eso. Al jacuzzi no le servía el hidromasaje y además cuando la empecé a llenar se empezó a salir el agua. Además llevo más de una semana pidiendo factura y no me la dan, viajé por trabajo entonces necesito comprobar gastos y si no me la entregan voy a tener que pagar yo mi estancia.
