Music at the restaurant can heard in the room really bad , no cleaning room daily had to get towels and toilet paper my self also try to give a small bag of trash to an employee and told me to take it my self to trash can at the parking lot

PESIMO SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL, desde la llegada hasta la salida, no hubo agua caliente nunca! en un dia tuve 4 personas en mi habitación en distintos momentos, todos abriendo y cerrando la llave sin reparar nada! El elevador no servía solo en mi piso, pesimo servicio! Al momento de hacer el check in se ofrecieron a llevar el equipaje a la habitación para unirnos al grupo con el que viajabamos para cenar, al volver estaba ahi en el pasillo del lobby, ni siquiera sabían que era nuestro, hubo cambio de turno y no se responsabilizaron, todos los que nos atendían manifestaban versiones falsas de nuestra solicitud de apoyo. las baldosas del baño se desprendían solas

El personal muy atento y excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Las habitaciones NO TIENEN ventilación.
Una ventana muy pequeña que no se abre, no hay extractor en el baño, esta muy encerrado. Sin embargo si cuenta con aire acondicionado.
