La ubicacion es excelente!!!
No tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Todo estuvo muy bien
La ubicación me gustó mucho y ka habitación en si, muy comoda
Pienso que deberían esperarse un poco mas en la limpieza general , si hay 4 pax en la habitación tener lad amenidades necesarias para el número de personas en la habitación y no te er que andar pidiendo las cosas ( toallas, papel de baño etc)
Que tiene frigobar
No hay baños en la zona de Lobby hay que subir hasta el último piso donde está la alberca, el espacio donde esta la alberca esta descuidado.
Las habitaciones, las camas en mi opinión duras y la ropa de cama huele mal. El baño no tiene extractor de aire entonces la humedad se queda en el cuarto de baño.

El olor, usan perfume en el hotel un poco desagradable.
Excelente ubicación en Paseo Montejo, cercano al círculo gastronómico y la catedral
Nos tocó el cuarto 107 que colinda con el restaurante y ponen su música a alto volumen desde las 7:30am

La habitación estaba muy pequeña, más pequeña , no tiene ventana al exterior, nos sentimos muy encerrados.
We especially like the location. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.
We have stayed at Kavia Premium many times with no concerns. My concern on this stay was the bed linens or perhaps more how they were put on the bed. The mattress cover was poorly placed and overall the linens were poorly placed for comfortable sleeping.
We know that the restaurant is not part of the hotel. However, it is connected and often viewed as part of the hotel. We have dined there 2x. We will not return. The food is poorly prepared and not Yucatecan.
