Z chęcią byśmy wrócili do Waszego hotelu obsługa zrobiła na nas super wrażenie.
Pros:

Personel zaskoczył nas troska, zainteresowaniem, byliśmy co chwilę zapraszani na różne eventy organizowane w hotelu. Gdyby nie budowa obok to dałbym max ocenę a tak hałas z niej trochę psuł rano sen. Ogólnie oceniam go świetnie, przemiła obsługa, barwne i smaczne śniadania, hotel pięknie wystrojony, pokoje duże, przestronne i czyste. Basen duży i fajny, blisko do morza (jakieś 300 - 400 metrów).

Polecamy każdemu, świetna obsługa i udogodnienia
Pros:

Obsługa, czystość położenie - naprawdę wszystko było super. Ludzie w obiekcie byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Trudno było zapamiętać nam imiona, ale zostaliśmy przyjęci cudownie.

Do tego bardzo dobre jedzenie w hotelu. Na wielki plus jeszcze darmowy transfer z lotniska.

I've stayed at another Wyndham and, of the options, this has to be a personal favourite. Wyndham Garden Hoi An has a very welcoming charm, relaxed yet professional vibe and an overall aesthetic and atmosphere that helped make my stay in Hoi An a very memorable one.

Upon arrival, a staff member welcomes you with information to get you started which is helpful for a first stay in Hoi An. A fruit bowl and hand written card welcomes you into your room. Services included that proved invaluable:
- a daily shuttle to and from the beach and Old Town (I've stayed at other hotels where there is only an outbound shuttle and no return and this really makes a difference);
- a complimentary pick-up or drop-off to the airport;
- staff sharing their own experiences and recommendations so you get a locals' opinion as well as the usual tourist options;
- complimentary water bottles daily;
- breakfast options that cater for western and eastern food palettes;

A special shout out goes to the following, whose names I was able to remember and learn during my stay (in no particular order): Hai, Lily, Loc, Lucy (Phuong), Mint (Nguyen), Sue (Suong), Suong and Tai. Thank you.
Between you all and the rest of the staff team, the conversations, recommendations and laughs were enough to leave me feeling there was always company, without ever being too much. I learnt about Vietnamese people, Hoi An, as well as little bits about the Wyndham Garden hotel, along the way. I was a guest first and a paying customer second, so thank you for helping to make the stay feel a pleasurable one. They care about your comfort and experience but without the hard sale.

As I write this, it will be coming up to Tet. I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a wonderful Tet at Wyndham Garden Hoi An. If you are lucky to be staying there, I hope you enjoy the celebrations, decor and fun.

Wunderbar, wenn man dem Trubel der Altstadt entfliehen möchte

Sehr nah am Strand, kostenloser Shuttle in die Altstadt, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, schönes Ambiente, viele nette Lokale in der Gegend

Pros:

I liked the quiet location away from old town Hoi An. I like the swimming pool ambiance.

Cons:

The breakfast needs to improve. Most of the food were cold and it was mostly catered to Westerners.

Good value, opposite construction site
Pros:

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The hotel facilities are perfectly fine but did not seem as good as some others that have been ranked as 5 star on Booking.com. However, this is reflected in the competitive price for this hotel. The bath would be better without limestone chippings round the outside, which makes it difficult to get in and out. Our room was at the front of the hotel and faced a large construction site. Ongoing building work was an issue for us in a number of hotels in Vietnam and Laos, not just this one.

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

C’est l’hôtel le plus propre que nous ayons fait! Le personnel est qualifié, au petit soin et surtout ils parlent tous anglais ! C’est un quartier un peu loin de la vieille ville mais c’est tellement chaleureux qu’on oublie.. la plage en face est dirons nous correcte mais l’hôtel a un système de navette pour aller à l’autre plage à 5 min et on s’est régalé. Tout était parfait , vraiment super.
Le restaurant excellent, le petit déjeuner le plus copieux que l’on est eu depuis deux semaines, serviettes en tissu, nappes, tout est minutieusement pensé. On a même eu à la carte des dessert 🥳 un peu de sucré!!!!!!

Cons:

Bon la vue sur mer in peu gâchée avec le bâtiment en travaux mais on fait vite abstraction

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Man bekommt förmlich jeden Wunsch abgelesen.
Die Mitarbeiter der Reception sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich und lösen einfach jedes Problem mit der jeweiligen Diskretion mit einem zauberhaften Lächeln im Gesicht. Immer wieder sehr sehr gern hier!

Should have been nice but was spoilt by the noise and the building site.
Pros:

The hotel was fine, the free shuttle was good, the staff were welcoming but it is opposite a building site at the moment which rather spoilt the outlook. The patio doors were ill fitting which meant we could hear everything outside. Including the neighbouring room guest who liked playing movies on his phone late at night on full volume on the balcony.

Cons:

The noise that is fitting balcony doors let in and the fact it was opposite a building site.

This hotel was so lovely and the Staff very helpful. I would definitely stay again as the rooms were spacious and the facilities so lovely and clean. Location always a short walk to beach and cheap ride to Old Town
