We had a lovely stay at the Origin Kansas City. Every staff member we met were the kindest people, and it really elevate
Pros:

The rooms were clean and modern! Bathroom was really great too!

Cons:

The only small issue was a leakage in the sink. Maintenance never came to fix it, but the staff were very nice about it, and they comped us free breakfast and a reduced cost of one of the nights.

Great location. Great place for families with dogs.
Pros:

I liked that you allowed dogs and provided a dog bed and bowl.

Cons:

I didn't like paying $50 for a dog, making a reservation to bring my dog then getting to my room, and it wasn't set up for a dog. Your website shows a nice picture of a dog bed, two metal bowls and 2 dog treats. I had to ask housekeeping for those items but she said they just had a bed and a plastic bowl. It

It is out of your control with the new apartments going in, but your website shouldn't show an unobstructed view of the bridge when that view doesn't look like it's available anymore.

Pros:

Front desk we helpful and friendly. I like the ice machines on each floor. Enjoyed the finishes in the bathroom.

Cons:

Construction going on outside my window. Parking was sparse or you had to pay to park in an open lot in the back.

Cons:

Check in was great! Front desk person was so kind and helpful. Check out. Not great. Front desk person barely looked up from the computer. Didn’t greet us or ask how was our stay. Nothing. She was so very rude. I Asked for a receipt and was told I won’t get one from them it comes in my email from booking.com. I have yet to receive it.
