Lovely peaceful location with relaxing views over golf course from bar & restaurant area. Air conditioning in bedrooms and public areas was extremely welcome on one of the hottest June days ever!
Rooms a bit small - but manageable
Lovely grounds, lots of parking , lovely aircon and very friendly staff. The breakfast was exceptional!
Had a view of the carpark, but then someone has to & we got the room for a very reasonable price.
Air con
All good
The room was pleasant, tranquil, and comfortably cool.
The breakfast exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel.
The wedding reception was truly stunning.

Wonderful terrace by the waterside and ducks. Helpful and efficient staff, including a young lady who was on her first day but gave an excellent impression. Pleasant rooms and comfy beds.
My friend found her shower knob a bit stiff
Nice large room, clean, quiet, near parking. Good breakfast selection.
Mattress too firm for my personal choice.
Great location for visiting the area. Quiet and comfortable rooms
Bedrooms without usb charging plugs
Bathroom needs a deep clean, shower head had black mould on and shelves dusty.
Location very good. Value for money on room. Nice and clean. Very helpful staff.
Food option’s were little bit limited, less on the evening than advertised on website.
Great location, very well run organisation
Nothing
Didn’t have
Room 6…. Hair dryer terrible and also did not work
Small tv .. doors banging and toilet flushing and gurgling all night
Beautiful location
Room was a bit like a camp school dorm
Room was comfortable and gave us everything we needed. Air conditioning was welcome, bathroom nice and clean, comfy bed.
Breakfast was really not good. Expensive and poor value, waited half an hour for our food. Not impressed at all
Young receptionist on the 19/06/26 was exceptional she looked up the bus timetable for me, to Maidstone she was very supportive and friendly. The other reception staff were not as friendly, cleaners were friendly and staff at the restaurant were fair except the older man with grey hair was very helpful, he assisted me with my bags to my room as I was not feeling well. The man I saw in the restaurant today was also helpful and professional. The grounds were wonderful, I think its an man golf venue so not my cup of tea. The food was costly and no shops near by, the room was dark.
I asked if I could stay an extra night by the one of the receptionist she said no as there was a wedding this weekend. However when I mentioned to the receptionist this morning she said that there were rooms available. At this point I had already booked an hotel at Premier Inn in Maidstone in the city, which is so lovely and bright and the room is large so I have no regret going to Premier Inn which was also cost effective.
