Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Suite mitten in der Aachener Innenstadt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem konnte man wunderbar entspannen.

Die Suite selbst war sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die private Sauna und der Whirlpool, die den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht haben.

Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Aucun accueil, nous n'avons vu personne. La chambre était moyenne.Les rideaux étaient un peu sale et la fixation des tentures était cassée.

Kein Wohlgefühl im Zimmer, dadurch eingeschränkte Schlafqualität.

Cons:

Hotel entsprach nicht den Fotos und dem Werbematerial. Zugang zum sogenannten Zimmer über ein enges Treppenhaus, nicht dem Standard eines Hotels entsprechend.
Am Morgen kein Personal anwesend oder erreichbar.
Fensterrahmen mit Isolierband notdürftig abgedichtet.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unzureichend, Unterkunft deutlich überteuert.
Abfluss in Dusche und Waschbecken verstopft, potenzielle Infektionsquelle (Mykosegefahr an den Füßen).

Tisztaság és hogy a városközponthoz közel volt

Cons:

Hamár van csomagolt 1drb fogkefe lehetne kettő is ,mivel hogy a foglalás 2 személyre szòl .
A függönytartò ‘életveszélyes’
A TV ágymelett van felszerelve ,igy egy kicsit furi volt nézni …vagy talán ‘tükörből’🫡

Heerlijk genieten/ uitrusten in de wellness kamer op een fijne locatie
Pros:

Bubbelbad, lekker groot bed, sauna, chocolade en drinken in de koelkast, grote tv, koffie faciliteiten zelfs een collageen masker was er.

Cons:

Had geen code van te voren gekregen, heb het telefoonnummer op moeten zoeken toen we voor de deur stonden. Maar werd snel opgelost.

Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt ist Super. Man erreicht auch den ÖPNV Problemlos.
In der Nähe gibt es fußläufig Restaurants.

Cons:

Sehr Hellhörig und nicht gut gereinigt. Das Frühstück gibt es nur aufs Zimmer - hier gab es aber keinen richtigen Tisch.
Ist eher mit einem mittelmäßigen AirBnB zu vergleichen.
Die oberen Stockwerke sind nur über eine SEHR enge und steile Treppe zu erreichen.

Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, Parkhaus um die Ecke. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation zu Check-In und Out.

Cons:

Insgesamt abgewohnt und verschlissen. Es müsste renoviert und nachgebessert werden. Zu teuer für das was geboten wurde.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Circa 5 Minuten bis zum Markt und Rathaus, wo sich die ganze "Printen-Szene" abspielt. Das legendäre Einhorn mit dem Printen Sauerbraten und einem leckeren Rotwein, kann man dann bequem zu Fuss zum Hotel zurück bummeln.
Ansonsten toller Service und Ausstattung gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne :)
