Nice staff, shabby place.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and responsive. It was literally a last resort for our stay, after we had just been defrauded by another Booking.com listing. So, it solved our immediate problem of urgently needing a place to stay. So, thank you for that!

Cons:

Strong smell. Cheap, self-made shack. Has the appearance of a "non-approved" building.

entspricht eher einer mittelmäßigen überteuerten Airbnb-Unterkunft als einem exclusiven Apartement
Pros:

Lage des Hauses in der Innenstadt und die Nähe zum Busbahnhof waren vorteilhaft.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Junior Suite für eine Übernachtung gebucht.
Beim Checkin war eine Dame, die weder deutsch noch englisch sprach.
Der Checkin erfolgte dann über ein Telefongespräch.
Der Eingangsbereich roch stark parfümiert.

Schon der Aufstieg zur Junior Suite über eine schmale steile Treppe in den 1. Stock hat uns irritiert.
Beim Öffnen der Tür roch es parfümiert und es gab keinen Kleiderschrank.
Nach dem Einchecken waren wir nur kurz in der Junior Suite, weil wir verabredet waren.

Erst nach 22 Uhr kamen wir zurück und mussten Folgendes feststellen:
- der Fenstergriff war lose
- am Fenster hingen Dichtungsgummis raus
- die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher rochen nicht frisch
- die Klimaanlage und der Minikühlschrank waren laut
- am Bett waren keine Nachttischlampen
- die Fernsteuerungen waren schmierig und auf dem Fernseher waren Fingertapper, außerdem keine Bedienungsanleitung
- in der Küchenzeile fehlten Geschirrtücher
- in den Mülleimern waren keine Mülltüten

Badezimmer:
- der Abfluss am Badwaschbecken war dreckig und das Wasser floss schlecht ab
- unter dem Badwaschbecken war ein Putzschwamm festgeklemmt, der wahrscheinlich schon seit Jahren benutzt wurde
- der Toilettensitz war nicht ordentlich befestigt
- Badhandtücher hingen über der Toilettenbürste
- ein Dichtungsgummi an der Dusche war eklig

Was kapot, airco viel niet in te stellen met bijbehorende afstandsbediening. Tv / wifi bleef regelmatig hangen.

Kühlschrank sehr klein und Nachts sehr laut. Die Betten sind sehr hart und die Dusche tropft.

Lage, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Ich hätte erwartet, dass für die Küche ein Trockentuch zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Den Raumduft (auch in der Lobby) habe ich als Zumutung empfunden. Sinn und Zweck dieser puren Chemie, sind mir bis jetzt verborgen geblieben.
