Zeker een aanrader maar zorg dat alles in orde is .

Kwaliteit van de inrichting de bereikbaarheid en alle extra’s. Maar ..

Cons:

Van te voren gevraagd of hottup werkte dus niet ! Wel aan de gang gekregen met pollepel . Wasbak bij douche werkte niet en de douche is zoooo klein dat het bijna onmogelijk is om zo even naar binnen te stappen . Maar voor de rest super maar maak belangrijke dingen in orde ! we boeken niet voor niets een hottup .

Large suites in the center of the city
Pros:

The suites are of good size. The bed is large and comfortable. It was nice to have water and soft drink upon arrival.

Cons:

There is no kitchen towel in the kitchen, which is inconvenient. The other thing is that the sheets have a light smell from not being completely dry in the dryer. I find this not uncommon with the European dryers unfortunately.

Scam, dirty, broken and a very unprofessional owner!!!
For my birthday I wanned a romantic weekend away with wellness and came across this. There was 1 photo collage with all the rooms several wellness things, so I looked into booking but got only 2 options. Junior or Delux room. As there were no not available rooms it was kind of logic to me the Delux room would have wellness for sure but it was presented all the rooms would have it. The day after ones my booking was confirmed I saw another set of photos and started to worry. So I did send them a message that I thought I booked a wellness appartement and if that was not the case or I could upgrade.
I did not get any reaction until the day of arrival! By that time it was also to late to arrange something els obviously! Jet, the worst still hade to come! We entered an apartment with pubic hairs, a broken water tap in the bathroom, the trash of the previous visitor still in there, old yellow sheets, a window with broken handle and a waterfall shower to look at. As the water only run true the waterfall when you pulled the button to switch from hand shower, but as soon as you did let go it automatically went back to hand shower. As you could not stand under the waterfall shower and hold the button, you could only watch it!
I did send a message with the complains. They offered me to give me my money back, if I would first give them a 10/10 reference! The conversation quickly went over to there was smoked in the appartement and I will find you 250€ to you did drugs, to what are you complaining about as you gave us a 10/10 (Which I did not do but he thought so)
So basically the add is simply misleading and therefor scam. They try to blackmail clients into giving them a good reference. And the funniest part of the story! The presidential suit which has the wellness, has a glass door which is broken en very unsafe to open, at the entrance the wellness is striped out so there is not even any wellness available!!!

Tolles Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum! Man ist direkt zentral und die Busverbindungen sind ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, modern und vor allem perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders der Whirlpool und die Sauna laden dazu ein, einfach mal abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls super! Man ist sehr nah an der Innenstadt und kann viele Ziele bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch die Busanbindung ist sehr praktisch, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert von A nach B kommt.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich direkt willkommen und wohlgefühlt.

Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einer super Lage, einem schönen Wellnessbereich und sehr nettem Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für wilde Nöchte mit Wellness gut, als Alleinreisende Frau und werde Schlaf braucht lieber nicht.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gemacht. Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt eine Klimaanlage.
Das Personal ist freundlich.
Es gibt genügend Handtücher und eine Küchenteile. Das Bad ist großzügig. Sehr gute Busanbindung und zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Trotz Stadtlage hört man die Stadt nicht., da die kleine Straße ruhig ist und wer richtigen geht muss auch nicht durch das etwas schwierige Viertel des Busbahnhofs.

Cons:

Die Treppe ist noch steiler als gedacht. Das stand aber drin. Ich hatte das „Wellness & More“ nicht kapiert. Die ganze Nacht ist Bewegung auf der knarrenden Hoteltreppe und Stimmen im Gang.. Das Haus hat hat 4 Suiten in den meisten wurde das „ More“ laut und deutlich die ganze Nacht gelebt. Es war schwer zu schlafen. Außerdem kommt Licht vom Gang ins Zimmer. Das Schloss ist mit Klebeband repariert, es gibt keinen Feuermelder. Die Zimmer nicht für Geschäftsreisende oder zum Lesen gedacht sind, sonder für „ More“ , gibt es keine Nachtischlampe und auch keine Möglichkeit, Jacken und Blusen und so weiter aufzuhängen. Die einzigen zwei Kleiderbügel sind mit Bademäntel belegt. In den 3 Tagen gab es keinen Zimmerservice.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt ist einfach perfekt – man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuß und ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig untergebracht.

Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne, liebevoll gestaltete Garten. Eine echte kleine Oase, in der man wunderbar entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen kann.

Ein absolutes Highlight ist der private Wellnessbereich. Sehr stilvoll, ruhig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – perfekt, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zur Ruhe zu kommen und neue Energie zu tanken.

Auch das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
