Pros:

Excellent service rendered by all staff. My husband and I fell sick upon arrival and the staff took the time and effort to bring us to the hospital and helped us with all the necessary administration. We would definitely be so lost without the help.

Cons:

The food quality for all F&B including room service was not great.

Luxurious accommodation within the old city walls. Highly rate and would return.
Pros:

The location was centrally located and secure with a lovely stying. Our suite was beautifully appointed with separate spaces. There was a good variety of both local and western options. The service was outstanding and the staff very attentive. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Cons:

Perhaps the bar could provide more wine by the glass options.

Wonderful stay in Xi'an
Pros:

Our room was upgraded and it was lovely. Bed super comfortable, spacious, bathroom great. Staff were really helpful at all times. We wished we could stay longer!

Legendary hotel with comfortable room and excellent service!
Pros:

Very good service, all the staff were friendly, provided good advice on local attractions, attentive to our needs. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Location was convenient. We usually used DiDi to go to places, very reasonable prices.

Cons:

We were here in late March. It suddenly became quite warm. The hotel hadn’t turned on air conditioning, so we could not make our room cooler than 24 degrees Celsius.

A perfect blend of charm and the five star comfort!
Pros:

We had luxurious stay in this hotel. First I would like to thank the staff which exceeded our expectations especially the doormen! We were greeted with welcome drink. Our rooms was upgrade to suit rich included the buffet breakfast. The food options are amazing, great coffee and fresh juice. The room was huge and big bathroom, very comfortable beds. We were using taxi to get around the city. Do not miss the happy hour on the top floor. Everything was beyond perfect and we will stay again.
