A perfect blend of charm and the five star comfort!
Pros:

We had luxurious stay in this hotel. First I would like to thank the staff which exceeded our expectations especially the doormen! We were greeted with welcome drink. Our rooms was upgrade to suit rich included the buffet breakfast. The food options are amazing, great coffee and fresh juice. The room was huge and big bathroom, very comfortable beds. We were using taxi to get around the city. Do not miss the happy hour on the top floor. Everything was beyond perfect and we will stay again.

房間服務員未確定房內是否有住客，以及未得住客允許就擅自闖入，當時我正在洗手間，那服務員突然衝進我的房間，把我嚇了一大跳！
還有我點了早餐送到房間，那些早餐沒有蓋蓋子，感覺很不衛生。加上價格昂貴，早餐的份量較少，味道也一般，需要改善in room dining 的素質。

ラウンジ利用権利があるのに、使えなかった、また再度ラウンジに行ったら、営業終了していた。１階のバーを使えると言われたが、バーに行ったら「使えない・有料だ」と言われた。翌日にお詫びのワインを頂いたが、ラウンジが使えない事に対する対価としては、かなり相応ではなかった。ラウンジスタッフと、バーカウンターのスタッフの対応がひどすぎる。

Exceptionally personal service. Very clean, tidy and spacious room and excellent breakfast.

A Stay to remember.
Pros:

Extremely.courteous and helpful staff, beautifully appointed rooms, technologically advanced washrooms, a chef who serves an exceptional plate of black truffle potato.soup, heritage in the form of two bicentury old trees in the courtyard - this property ticks every wish list of mine. And ofcourse Xi'an is a place that one cannot miss. The terracotta army is amazing and inspiring - it is truly.awesome, the Muslim quarter with its Grand Mosque and gazillion of savories and sweets it the most fun I have had in a long time. You have to try each nondescript.looking sweet being sold. Chances are that it will turn out to be delightful. And the Song of everlasting Sorrow in Huaqing Palace was simply mesmerizing. A stay to remember.

Luxe, calme et volupté
Pros:

De l’arrivée, accueillis avec 2 coupes de proseco, au happy hour avec sushis, vin et gâteux, en passant par le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Tout était parfait. Le seul endroit dans toute la Chine où je n’ai pas eu besoin de traducteur, tous les employés parlaient parfaitement anglais.
