An ideal spot for what we had planned for the weekend.
Staff were lovely!!
Our room was probably the worst hotel room both me and my sister have stayed in.
The room smelt damp, wet and almost public toilet like.
The room was in fact damp. The bathroom never dried out, we would have a shower in the evening and the condensation would still be there on the mirror in the morning. (No option to open windows to help air out)
The room was also ground level and right on the front of the building meaning we could see people passing by, meaning they could also see in. Which ment whenever we were in our room curtains had to be shut.
The noise that came from outside was incredible! Meaning broken sleep both nights due to people outside making a noise or just the pure amount of traffic (which was ALOT).
The bed was uncomfortable leaving us both with bad backs both mornings.
Stopped and had breakfast one morning, only the sausages were warm, everything else were cold including the fried egg.
The hotel and the staff were amazing they could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
The rooms have everything you need and the food is great
Great location.
The character of the building, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
A little noisy - from outside and inside noise. Radiator was off so room was cold but I could turn it up myself.
Breakfast was lovely, really nice vegetarian big breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bed comfy.
Good location in the town.
Nie je tam výťah,mal som izbu do ulice.
Room was clean and well enough presented. Location convenient in centre of Woburn.
Very low ceilings & beams & sloping floor. It was over a pub - very olde worlde charm but olde worlde design. On arrival I went into the Bell Hotel - I rang the phone at reception & a receptionist came from over the road (the pub) to take me to the ‘other’ property. Room very different to photos I saw!! Recommend you ask if it’s PUB or HOTEL when you book.
Everything a proper old English pub should be.
Just need to be aware that you could be in the accommodation in the pub or the hotel on the opposite side of the road which is quite a dangerous road to cross and highways have not put the pedestrian crossings in the best places !
Great location. Clean & comfortable.
The noise above (especially bad) and below our room at nighttime. We were above the pub and we could hear the music late and early in the morning.
Location for my business meeting, lovely staff, evening meal was very nice and good value
Bed/mattress was awful, wifi very intermittent
Staff were nice, you can get food next door Sunday roast was nice,
TV could be bigger and newer that's all
The hotel is small and quiet, located in historical building. The service were good, very helpful. Location of hotel is perfect - all amenities were there excluding elevator - but as i mentioned - it is a historical building so, lack of elevator is obvious.
All is good, nothing to be changed.
The staff were excellent, so friendly and absolutely made my birthday so special with a card, balloons and banner in the room! Didn’t expect this at all so thank you again. Room small but had everything we needed. Breakfast is served across the road at the Bell pub and was really nice (coffee could be better, my only quibble). Very good price - we will return if in the area again.
Can’t really think of anything.
Brilliant little hotel with restaurant facilities available at the pub across the road also owned by Greene King. Wonderful and helpful staff both at the hotel reception and in the restaurant. I absolutely loved the hospitality and welcome. Room was lovely and warm once the radiator was cranked up .
Stairs up to the first and second floors extremely steep but this is an historic building. The noise from the room above was loud, but again, this is an historic building and not much can be done.
