Pros:

We had a room on the 3rd floor looking across the harbor. It was a great view and we enjoyed the extra space we got with a comp room upgrade. Amazing bathtub. Would have enjoyed a massage but not available when we were there.

Cons:

The dormer window on the 3rd floor lets in light 24 hoarser day. They do provide packaged eye masks if you are light sensitive while sleeping.

Wonderful hotel for locals as well as tourists
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. Right at the waters edge. Right next to a Brewery and other restaurants. Walking paths.

Cons:

The Spa and Restaurant/Bar was closed. Open only Thursday-Saturday. We were there on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Understandable because very quiet in that area during the week. But not convenient for us. May have been nice if you could make a reservation for the spa on other days and for it not necessarily open for all but understandable. The Restaurant/Bar area not open did not matter so much because of all that was available around the hotel.

We like the location of the hotel. Right next to one of our favorite restaurants. Love the activity of the harbor.

Cons:

The bed was super firm. We have stayed here before and I don't remember that being an issue before.
