It was a decent stay. Pool was good. The ambience and the staff were really welcoming. Location is perfect as the cafes

The bed was really high making it difficult to get to. Also for a child, it’s not possible. Our daughter fell from the bed also.

Belle demeure
Pros:

Très bel établissement aménagé dans une demeure coloniale.Personnel au top près à nous rendre service.
Superbe tea time servi dans le Tea Lounge très agréable.
Excellent restaurant en terrasse.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c est le bruit des Ferry la piscine est agréable mais le va et vient des Ferry gâchent un peu ce lieu magique.

Fabulous old world charm
Pros:

I loved the old world architecture and decor. Staff were friendly and always available. Made us feel safe and welcomed. The waterfront sitting arrangement was a bonus during cooler evenings. The Armoury restaurant food service ambience was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really.Mozzies but the hotel provided anti repellant cream.

A beautiful and peaceful heritage stay with exceptional hospitality & stunning waterfront views.
Pros:

Brunton Boatyard was one of the highlights of our stay in Kochi. The hotel has a beautiful colonial charm with peaceful waterfront views that make the whole experience feel relaxing and unique. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and full of character, and the restaurant served fantastic food in a lovely setting.

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

The only thing to be mindful of is the mosquitoes due to the hotel being right on the water, however the hotel is very well prepared and provides everything you may need. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay that we would highly recommend.
