Good location ok room
Shower had no pressure.
The pools were a bit dirty.
The hotel was a sanctuary. Friendly staff and lovely public spaces.
The shower was hanging off the wall, but it didn't matter, given the price.
The Riad has amazing staff! Both of the Hichams were so lovely and all the staff made us feel so comfortable and reassured. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful, the room was great. It was very clean and this riad exceeded our expectations. Whenever we needed something the staff were so attentive to our requests and always made us feel safe. I could not recommend this Riad more!!
I loved this beautiful, tranquil, calm riad, a real haven of peace & calm away from the hustle of the souks and the main square. My room was simple, but absolutely perfect, it had everything I needed. A comfy bed, clean, bottled water, wardrobe and a nice shower.
It was in a great location within easy walking distance of everything and as a solo traveller I felt safe no matter what time of day or night! It was also easy for taxi pick ups & drop offs.
Hicham from the riad was amazing, he was in contact straight away to make sure I had everything I need and even found me a better balloon ride with a much earlier time to make sure I didn’t miss the sunrise - perfect!
Can’t rate the place enough, the dipping pool on the roof was perfect to cool off, read a book or just take in the surroundings. The food was amazing and I love, love, loved my lamb tagine! Just perfect!
Place was super clean and people were friendly
Where it was based. But I think this would be the same for any riad
beautiful interior, the pool and the roof top area
need to improve the breakfast crews, sometimes our menu different from what we order
Location is great, few min walk away from the main square. The breakfast was nice, they make you eggs on request. Room was tiny, but was Ok, wasnt noisy as expected. The pool was beautiful.
I left too early in the morning to have a breakfast
I was only there for one night
Petals in the room does not make it a boutique hotel!
The shower was ridiculous
It had no retaining wall so the water went everywhere
The room was very small for a relatively large (and more expensive than most) riad
The location was OK but a bit of a hike to the main square. The breakfast was pretty good but despite asking for scrambled eggs each day I was given an omelette each day. All eggs, I guess!! The very best thing about this Riad was the excellent staff.
My room was in the annexe and not the main Riad area, which was disappointing, after all, I wanted the Riad experience. Being located in the Medina means that transport cannot get right to the property and you will have to walk the last 100m. It is a 950m walk to the centre of the main square through the narrow and very busy alleyways.
Late night/early morning group arrivals woke me a couple of evenings because of their noisy talking.
My room was in a kind of annexe under the roof terrace and each night there was a drumming show which meant no sleep until it finished at 10pm. Then the call to prayer kept me awake as we were close to the local Mosque along with the staff putting the chairs back in position after the show and ready for breakfast, scraping on the concrete. It was not the fault of the staff. This Riad can accommodate close to 100 people!!!!
It was a traditional Riad, right in the Medina heart of Marrakesch.
The staff were all amazing. Omar was extremely helpful and friendly, and was happy to provide recommendations for places to visit and where to go for food etc. The breakfasts were also very good, with a generous amount of food.
Staff is really nice! They kept our luggage at the riad while we went to a 3 days trip to the desert, it was really practical
Location
the room — you can hear everything
The staff very kind and welcoming
Bed really hard... extremely uncomfortable. Bring earplugs as it's close to mosque. Hamman and massage too expensive for quality.
The staff were super friendly, and the food was very good. The Riad is clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were really comfortable. The location was also excellent, easy to get around and close to key attractions.
The Riad is charming, but our experience was affected by a few issues. Our room had no window, which made it feel a bit closed in, and it was located next to the stairs, so it was quite noisy at times. There was also a lot of light coming in through small windows above the door, which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t working properly during our stay.
