Mal desayuno, a las 17.00 no habían hecho la habitación, no había amenities (decían que había que pedirlas en recepción lo que no es propio de un hotel de esta categoría)
Ubicacion perfecta para visitar el centro de la ciudad. La atencion del personal y el restaurante
El desagüe del plato de ducha estaba atascado y se encharcaba el baño. Avisamos en recepcion y cuando volvimos a las 11 de la noche, el tema seguia igual y hubo que cambiarnos de habitacion. La cisterna de la nueva habitacion no cerraba y hubo que llamara mantenimiento

Nous avons passé une nuit au sein de l’hôtel Palacio la Marquesa 4 étoiles à Teruel et l’établissement est situé sur une magnifique place juste derrière la somptueuse cathédrale de style mudéjar. Nous avons pris l’option de garer la voiture dans le parking payant avec un accès par ascenseur à voiture. L’hôtel est magnifique et dans un très beau palais. Nous avons eu une chambre mansardée très propre et très confortable avec une salle de bains spacieuse avec des produits de beauté de qualité.
Le seul manquement dans la chambre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles est une machine à café ou une bouilloire pour boire une boisson chaude, un peu dommage!! L’accueil à la réception a été un peu distant et trop bâclé. Dommage que la réceptionniste nous pose des questions avec des mots « copia », « factura » à la place de vraies phrases avec un peu de plus de chaleur humaine…

El trato en el desayuno. Somos una familia de tres miembros y la señorita nos quiso sentar a cada uno en una mesa. Todas las mesas sucias y las dis personas del servicio criticabdo a los cluentes. Todos los platos vacios . Pafamos 18x3 para nada. De tres noches solo desayunamos la primera y fue un claro timo

A few things i wouldn’t expect from a 4* hotel in this price bracket:
Sounds proofing wasn’t great. Could hear footsteps and noises from the room above.
The shower did not drain well resulting in a flooded bathroom.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room or in the public areas.
A strange bright green light on the ceiling of the room that you could not turn off.
Rooms far too hot. I should not need to put the a/c on at night when it’s 10 degrees outside.
Soft mattress.
Lots of kids around.
Buffet breakfast at €18. Hmm I’ve had better. And €20 a day for parking! Don’t get me started!

La ubicación, a 2 minutos de todo lo importante
La limpieza sobre todo del baño para ser un 4 estrellas SUP no se corresponde. Tampoco me gustó que no hubiera escobilla, ni las cositas típicas que te encuentras al llegar(cepillo de dientes…), lo tienes que pedir tú…
Y sin duda lo q no nos gustó nada es q darse una ducha con agua caliente era misión imposible, viene y va todo el rato.
Muy bien cuidado, equipado y muy limpio.
