Дуже гарний номер з дуже красивим видом.

Cons:

Не було можливості підняти температуру обігрівання приміщення, тому нам довелося просити поставити додатковий обігрівач та дві додаткові ковдри

I loved the location to everything.

Cons:

I definitely didn't like the fact of having to pay to park. And I definitely didn't like how the one lady working at the restaurant was not dressed professionally, hair looked unkept and shuffled her feet and looked like bedroom slippers on!

Pros:

Breakfast was perfect. The personal very kind and helpful. The checking-in and check-out was easy and faster.
We were five people in the room and it was clean and had everything that we needed, space was enough for us.

Cons:

More coffee, We would like a coffee station permanent. Coffee could be available during the day doesn't matter the time.

Great place for a quick stay!
Pros:

Great location and staff were always super helpful and polite. Hotel is a bit run down though and could do with an interior revamp.

Cons:

Valet price is a bit high but I guess this is expected being so close to the White House

Nice but toilet bowl/flush not functioning.

Room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

I’ve been a Genius Level 3 users for many years and this is the first time i’ve encountered a hotel in a prime location where toilet is not working. Toilet flush isn’t flusing and clogged. Reported it to the reception however it is still non functioning I don’t know if they checked it or not. We thought they are going to change our room assignment but they didn’t. We ended up using the public restroom at 3rd floor whenever we need to use the loo. It’s really embarassing and incovenient. I want to shout out Receptionist Lexus for helping me during the checkout, she promised to escalate the concern to the mngt.
