Pros:

I have asked for refund the amount because hotel was not clean . I did not stay in the property. I cancelled my booking after visiting the property .

Very good Stay for a Very simple comfy Hotel
Pros:

I like FabHotel coz its close to everything. Near to the churches, convenient stores, Caculo mall, xpanse and pharmacies are not dramatic compared to North Goa.

Cons:

I like all...even no elevator..helps your health back in line to walk in the stairs. Everyday i had 8k to 12k walk.. never ride taxi nor bus nor train..ha ha ha

Cons:

Nothing was there to like. Rooms n washrooms were stinky. We were not able to sleep whole night because of smell in the pillows n bedding.
We didn't bathe there even

Pros:

Property is located very close to Miramar Beach which made easier to take leisure walks in morning and evening on the beach. It is in residential area which made our stay pleasant without any kind of inconvenience. Support staff were of great helpful in giving us early check-in without any issues.

Fab Comfory Stays
Pros:

Loved this stay, the manager Kunal serves with you with a 😃. The room service were excellent and keep the rooms spotlessly clean.The check in and check out were fast, even helped with my luggage.
C'mon you locals a little tip for good service goes a long way to help the staff who work there and help their families.
Definitely enjoyed my stay in my home town Goa and Miramar.
Restaurants and food very close by you have Cremeux open 24 hours.
Shall see you next time.

Cons:

Just the climb to the 3rd floor and the exhaust fan in shower was dead.
