Sinon appartement très propre fonctionnel correspondant à des attentes pour une ou deux nuits

Cons:

C'était prévu d'avoir la box avec Netflix et Internet la box ne fonctionne pas et les équipements non plus et je n'ai pas vu de piscine et le propriétaire ne m'a pas répondu concernant mes attentes sur la piscine et la box qui ne fonctionnait pas

COMFORTABLE BUT NOT FULLY EQUIPED

The location is okay and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

However, some basic amenities are incomplete. Cooking is difficult due to the lack of available plug-in outlets, and this is the first time I’ve stayed in a condo with no exhaust fans, which makes ventilation an issue.

The location is good, very accessible. Price is also affordable. Aircon is very cold. Place is comfortable naman. and super safe kasi nagchecheck talaga guard everytime papasok kami.

Cons:

No closet.

No exhaust fan at the toilet and cooking area so while cooking we need to open the main door para lumabas usok.

We don't mind paying for the parking fee but parking space is not that good since street parking lang so maiinitan ang sasakyan mo. We stayed for 4 days so kawawa maxado sasakyan. Babad sa init.

It is just okay.
Pros:

The location is just okay because it's near the venue of the concert we attended. It is also near to some malls and tourist spots.

Cons:

No facilities like swimming pool and gym. It is still under maintenance.

Never again.
Cons:

Booked 2 nights for work travel but only stayed there for 1 night. I paid using a credit card yet the owner kept on messaging and calling me even after the stay for another payment. Such a lot of inconvenience on my end knowing I am assigned in various places. If credit card isn't considered as a payment method, you could've stated it on the description. They kept on bothering me stating they would report me for nonpayment when I already confirmed my payment using credit card.

The owner also seems meticulous regarding the usage of the unit. Not comfortable though.

Cons:

The staff did not inform in advance about the parking. We need to find a parking lot first and call other owners on our own. It took us a lot of time to settle because of a not-so-smooth transaction for entering the gate. The confirmation slip is not clear. The guards have to make us wait.
