I thought it was an overall amazing hotel . The staff were so helpful and helped to call a taxi to get my kids to the hospital on their own. It was so clean and so comfy. The most comfortable beds we slept on in India. The whole place was spotless . And you were allowed to get it cleaned whenever you wanted . It was an amazing location right next to loads of tourists friendly restaurants loads of shops and boutiques for the kids to go to. I would completely recommend to come here and will hopefully be visiting again. !!!.

Cons:

They provided bottles of water but I would recommend to either get bigger bottles or buy a filter because there was loads of plastic waste


But overall loved it.

Hotel mediocre
Pros:

Posizione centrale (anche se la strada dall’hotel a connaught place è pessima da fare a piedi), camera abbastanza grande e letto comodo, personale molto gentile (dopo il check out quando siamo tornati a prendere le valigie mi hanno fatto riutilizzare la camera per cambiarmi)

Cons:

Non si può pagare con la carta (hanno detto che il pos era rotto), la colazione è imbarazzante: viene servita all’ultimo piano in una sala completamente in disuso (molta polvere, bancone con le cose per la colazione tutto vuoto), ti fanno ordinare da un menu ma il servizio è veramente lentissimo (più di un’ora per caffè e omelette).
La struttura non è tenuta bene e non puliscono le camere (abbiamo dovuto chiedere carta igienica e shampoo diverse volte)

Very good overall and would stay again
Pros:

Chose this hotel as close to station and was arriving on late train.
Room was very nice with everything that you would need.

Cons:

Breakfast does not start until 8am so I couldn't have breakfast as needed to leave by 8.30am. Would be nice if it could start earlier.

Cons:

Very noisy in the am, I was woken to the noise of screaming kids, I don't know if it was related to the mgt kids or guests. No breakfast was included but they did have coffee and tea in the room

Very nice and clean hotel with excellent customer service
Pros:

Very nice and clean facility. Afsana and Gaurav went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and provided excellent customer service. They both made sure all our needs were met and were so nice. We would highly recommend this hotel
