If you wanna escape the busy noisy streets of connaught circle, consider staying at hotel shandon, literally few minutes away from connaught place, calmer location and the rooms are superb and clean and you get more than what you paid for. All the staffs are nice polite and helpful especially ms afsana. She upgraded my room to a bigger one with a window without adding extra charge. The food is amazing and room service is fast. They will respond to every need you request. I came from somewhere in middle east for a short stay in delhi and i didnt anticipate about bringing a universal wall adaptor for charging my electronics, but one of the guy staffs assisted me and quickly lent me one! Overall my stay was a pleasant experience and if ever i get the chance to visit delhi again i will book again in hotel shandon and will recommend to some friends travellibg to delhi too
Just they should mention in the booking page that some rooms doesnt have a window so anyone claustrophobic like me can have options. Thats it

The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was excellent, and perfect location.

The Location was grate. Considering what we paid, the loaction and room were good. The manager was nice and his information helped a lot make most of the short time we had.
Involvement to keep everything need and tidy was lacking a lot. Stuff was all over the place. Didnt get two near by rooms although informed while booking. Resturant was not swept and not clean. Brakefast was too simple, not one would prefer in a hotel when you are traveling. Dinner was the same. Best you walk for 5mins, go to the center and grab some thing better. during the payments they were trying to avoid cards. it was to save the card commission. Although I told I only had little cash and to charge my card they had no consideration for my difficulty. The check in and check out was horrible because of this. Including the 3% in your price would be much better than the frustration you create during the exit....
I had a wonderful experience during my stay again to again . The room were spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided exceptional service specially miss Afsana and service, check-in and check-out. Ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable.
