Pros:

I really liked the proximity to the beach. It is on the beach. I loved the evenings out watching the sunset. It was such a treat.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very humble and kind.

Cons:

The pool could be a little cleaner

Not worth the money, better options in this area

Location and huts are nice

Cons:

The bathroom had a really strong sewage smell which we complained about but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was poor and tables unclean. Room service was below standard, missing items that we were still charged for.

On the positive side, the breakfasts were good, with a wide selection of Indian dishes served buffet-style. The room was equipped with a fridge, kettle, and glasses, and there was also a terrace with a table, which was nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we would rate our stay at this hotel as average.
First of all, cleanliness in the cottage was an issue. Although the bed linen had been washed, it still had visible stains. There was dust in the corners, dirty curtains, and water stains in the bathroom. The cottage definitely needs some refreshing and better maintenance.
We were given a cottage close to the restaurant and the pool, which meant early wake-ups. Around 7:30 a.m., the restaurant staff would turn on loud music while preparing breakfast (perhaps to wake up the guests?), which we found very irritating. The hotel is also located close to the beach, and there was loud music from beach clubs playing late into the night.
The Wi-Fi connection was very weak. We stayed for four nights and were not offered any room cleaning during that time.

Overall, while there were some advantages, several aspects of our stay did not meet our expectations.

Pros:

Чистый бассейн, хорошие номера, очень чисто на территории, всё зелёное и ухоженное, замечательный пляж, лежаки от отеля, с чистыми полотенцами. Хороший напор в душе, всегда была горячая вода. Рядом огромное количество прекрасных ресторанов. На пляже чисто и даже в сезон не очень много народу, в самом отеле тихо, не слышно никаких вечеринок. Были с маленькими детьми, вариант для семей очень комфортный.

Cons:

Еда в ресторане отеля ок, ничего особенного и медленное обслуживание, завтраки хорошие, но в основном индийские. В номерах не хватало сетки на дверь или окна, чтобы ночью можно было открыть, без этого душно. Хотя кондиционер работал прекрасно и вентилятор тоже.

Peaceful with possibility of lot of improvements
Pros:

I liked the resort very much. Peaceful.Private beach area was clean and neat.

Cons:

The beach area didnt have any facilities like drinks and food or music as well. We would have loved to have that.

Also the breakfast was really okay okay.. first 2 days were almost same set for the breakfast with just one or 2 variations, which was really boring on the third morning. Some better variations for vegetarian breakfast would have been lively with all the ither facilities that were there.
