La gentillesse du personnel avec en prime, un jeune homme qui porte les bagages. L'organisation de Rosie pour des excursions au Vietnam est très professionnelle et nous avons été enchantés de celle proposée pour SaPa. Il ne faut pas hésiter à recourir à ses services même en dernière minute. La chambre comprend tous les équipements nécessaires et le lit est très confortable. Nous avons pu laisser une grosse valise entre les séjours dans ce même hôtel ce qui a été très pratique. L'hôtel, sans trop de chambres,est très bien situé pour la vie animée de la ville et les attractions touristiques. On recommande vraiment cette adresse

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica per visitare tutta l’old town di Hanoi. Nessun rumore fastidioso dall’esterno . Buona colazione. Camere pulite e personale efficiente. Abbiamo fatto con loro una escursione e ci siamo trovati benissimo . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Rosie bardzo pomocna
Pros:

Apartament na IX piętrze, winda dojeżdża do VII, potem pieszo. Na zdjęciu na tarasie były leżaki, a faktycznie taras był pusty. Dla 4 osób lepiej wynająć 2 pokoje niż ten apartament. Widok z tarasu też nie zachwyca.
Poza tym wszystko bez zarzutu.

Great stay! Would love to come again
Pros:

The hotel is very central and nice. The room is clean, cozy and comfortable, in a lively street close to the lake. There are lots of good cafes and restaurants around. The place feels very safe.
Special thanks to all the staff. They helped me with everything, even got me a ticket for the water puppet show at no extra charge! They also arranged my airport transfer at a really good price, and the driver and car were nice. Special thanks to Rosie, she truly takes great care if her guests!

Pros:

La localisation est idéale en plein dans le old quarter
La chambre est assez spacieuse et bien insonorisée malgré le fait que l’on soit en pleine ville, la literie est très confortable
L’hôtel propose plein de services et conseils notamment sur les restaurant aux alentours
L’accueil est impeccable, le personnel est très serviable et sympathique, un grand merci à Rosie
C’est l’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lequel nous avons séjourné au Vietnam, j’aurais aimé y rester un peu plus, je le recommande

Amazing stay, location and especially staff!
Pros:

The property was conveniently located within the city centre and easy to find, which made commuting easy breezy. I was able to walk to a lot popular cafes and food spots. Was also nice to conveniently be able to go on morning runs around the lake and grab quick bites.

My room was spacious and the facilities were all clean and modern. It was also nice and quiet in the rooms.

I was especially grateful and thankful for the exceptional hospitality and kindness shown by Rosie and the team at Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel. I feel they went above and beyond to make me feel very welcomed and looked after during my stay here. This ranged from taking care of any questions I had, recommendations, travel etc… This made my time in Hanoi even more pleasant and want to come back here again. There was nothing to dislike.
