Pros:

24H/7 front desk.
You get what you paid for - It's very basic, a lil bit depressive even but it's clean & cheap.

Cons:

The deposit - we had no difficulties to get it back but it's a fairly unpleasant process.
This hotel is alright if you are transiting through Manila but we wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
