No outdoor shower for beach sand. Not well managed. Good location & room concept
Pros:

Location is good. Watersport rentals adjacent. Walkable to beach easily. Restaurants walkable as well.

Cons:

No outdoor shower to rinse sand off from beach is a huge issue. Pool is full of sand.

Subfloor on 4th floor hallway has many soft spots. Is building safe?

Lobby is a consistent mess. Summer crowds & breakfast understandably require more work, but it is predictable & consistent.

Using the area across from the elevators as a janitorial supply staging area is not acceptable

10 out of 10 would recommend!
Pros:

The property was nicely tucked behind a major area with well known restaurants and shops. Not to mention it’s right next to a paddleboard business in which you can be able to use their equipment on the Bayside. The queen studio was big enough for 3 to 4 people, spacious, included a kitchenette, a very clean bathroom, and overall worth, the price. I would definitely stay here again and would’ve recommend to anyone who is traveling with pets and or a large group.

The place was nice and good location .
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, good selection of breakfast food.

Cons:

They charge ten dollars a night to park. I don’t think they should charge you anything when you stay there .

Cool for a day trip
Pros:

It was decent for the few hours I needed it for. Me & my grandkids we went to the beach for a day trip. So it was to rest, shower & change our clothes after. The indoor pool was dirty, the room had a weird smell but nothing lysol & air freshener couldn't fix, the bed felt old like the springs was poking me. Oh the front desk didn't greet me just went right in to give me my room key. After asking was she ok, she kinda changed the energy. She did tell me about the breakfast in the morning but we wasn't staying to get breakfast. Overall the room was clean and parking was ok

A good place to stay.
Pros:

Price was good. The drain in bathroom sink was slow. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had to use pullout couch to sleep. It made the room crowded.
