Heel mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Alleen werd ons gevraagd bij het uitchecken of we nog een tip wilden geven voor het personeel.Dit vonden we naar Europese normen ongebruikelijk.

- the staff are untrained
- they forgot to clean the room for 24 hours and my stay only for 3 nights mentioned that the turn over is not enough and miss communication happened between the staff
- very expensive for such services provided
- their employees obviously in harry they knocking doors ( with do not disturb sign) at 10:30 a.m to ask when you will check out despite of their policy the check out at 12 pm.
- unfortunately they rounded my vacation for their unprofessional behaviors.

Laderen på rommet fungerte ikke, og belysningen opplevdes som litt dårlig. Det var også støy fra vasken – dette ble fikset på kvelden, men lyden kom tilbake igjen på morgenen. Jeg hadde på forhånd spurt om mulighet for rom med hyggelig utsikt. Selv om jeg fikk beskjed om at ønsket var notert, ble det likevel skuffende å få et rom med utsikt rett mot andre rom på hotellet. Vi var også to personer og hadde etterspurt tote bag, men denne var ikke tilgjengelig.

En mineur : dans la salle des petits déjeuners, 2 musiques différentes jouent en même temps. C'est dissonant.

The hotel is beautiful in every way: location, cleanliness, and staff, room, although I disapproved of the fact that the entrance to the room leads first to the dressing room and bathroom, then to the bed, it doesn't matter as it's a nice thing to do, Breakfast is small and somewhat varied, but it serves its purpose.
