Le design et l’emplacement

Cons:

Au prix du petit déjeuner, j’ai commandé un double expresso qui est arrivé au bout d’une demi-heure, froid, et qui m’a été compté en supplément avec un prix exorbitant.
Par ailleurs, j’ai découvert en recevant ma facture un pourboire systématique !!!
Après réclamation, il a été retiré. J’aurais simplement aimé que cela me soit signalé en arrivant.!!

Zeer comfortabel hotel met goede faciliteiten, op een toplocatie en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De locatie, het bed en beddengoed, liftsysteem.

Cons:

We waren in een kamer geplaatst met uitzicht op de inwendige gesloten binnenpatio, waarbij je in allerlei andere kamers keek. Dat gaf ons een zeer beklemmend gevoel. Gelukkig kon de receptie na ons verzoek een geüpgraded kamer met uitzicht op de straat voor ons regelen. De kamer en de badkamer waren zeer comfortabel, alleen de wastafel was heel laag. Maar dat was niet heel erg.

La ubicación es perfecta y las instalaciones también. Es un hotel apropiado para pasar varios días en Myfair.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la calidad de las sábanas y almohadas porque me dió la sensación de que no estaban limpias. No olían bien.
