You will be asked to pay a tourism fee at check in and also a deposit. The deposit was only supposed to be 250MYR and they took 400MYR, That is still pending being refunded, as it takes weeks to be refunded if you use a card. Not sure why we had to pay so much when we only had one room.

There are elevators on the property which require the use of the access card. We were only provided one for use the entire trip, so if you have a bigger family, than the 3 of us, that may pose to be an issue.

The house was not cleaned or dusted when got there. We did request recleaning and they did send someone to clean again. The house was, however, not equipped with basic items needed. Including only having clothing hangers and hair dryer for one room, the master. There were no plates or utensils that we could find to use if we needed. They also have no rags to bathe with if those are needed for you. They only provide bath towels. The house does come with a washer/dryer all in one, but you will need to purchase your own detergent and softener if you want to use it. Maybe we weren't using the right settings, but it took forever to dry the clothes.

The staff is very responsive when you do contact them which was a plus for us.

The room had a gorgeous view and the rooms were spacious. The location was pretty convenient for the majority of places we went. There is a metro entrance not too far from that location, though we did not use it.

out of our 5 night stay the pool was closed for one whole day with no explanation. No cleaning, no changing towels, no toilet paper refill without asking for these (new rules - fair enough), area pretty noisy as they are erecting a new skyscraper next door - guess can't do anything about that!

Mooi en echtschoon appartement, ruim bed. View naar buiten was prachtig. Rooftop met zwembad was indrukwekkend. Enig nadeel is dat de kamer gehorig is door geluid v buiten, met name in de nacht keiharde motoren die voorbij razen.
Service op de app was uitstekend, snelle communicatie als je een vraag had of iets nodig hebt. Al met al de moeite waard om hier te verblijven. Je bent met de metro twee haltes verwijderd van Bukit Bintang.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. The service was not existing, too many people and no service at all!

We was waiting for a very long time to check in, but even we was hours later than check-in time, our time wasn’t ready. When we finally got our room, it wasn’t cleaned properly.

We checked out earlier and moved to a different hotel due to the bad condition and service.

Had a KL staycation to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. Check-in was smooth and the staff were really friendly. The room was spacious, neat, and clean. Only downside was having to wait a bit longer for the lift. Location is great—close to KLCC and surrounded by shopping malls. Perfect for anyone who enjoys city vibes. Next time will bring my family come back again !

Coming for a business trip. Check in process was smooth , staff was friendly. The room feels like home—spacious, with an attached bathroom and fully furnished. It is also suitable for those on a long trip. Conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to KLCC and the convention center.

Great Stay – Clean, Comfy & Awesome View!

Had a really nice stay here! The room was super clean, comfy, and even had a washing machine—really useful in this hot weather. The infinity pool with a Twin Towers view was amazing, perfect for relaxing. Plus, the MRT station is just nearby, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, a great place to stay 👍🏻 highly recommend!
