Termales en la habitación
Pros:

Amamos que la habitación tenga su piscina de aguas termales.
Y el desayuno buffet.

Cons:

Como pagamos por booking nos costó que nos generaran la factura eléctrica. Pero al final se solucionó

muy buen servicio, la comida de la carta es deliciosa y los termales dentro del hotel definitivamente son un plus . El lugar es silencioso y tranquilo , mucha naturaleza y animales

Gorgeous and comfortable!
Pros:

Both of my kids got food poisoning right when we arrived. The lovely staff was so kind when I had to call them at midnight to come clean up puke off of our floor. :( And the women who came to clean in the morning took extra care in our space to help us with the situation. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

À noter : Il y a une erreur sur les informations mentionnées sur Booking.com : ce n'est pas possible de se rendre aux parcs environnants aussi rapidement que l'indique ce site ("1 minute à pied pour aller au parc national du volcan" et "3 minutes à pied pour se rendre au parc écologique"). Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a indiqué que la façon la plus rapide de s'y rendre est en voiture/Uber.

Pros:

Nous venons de séjourner en famille au Vocalno Lodge.
L'accueil à la réception était parfait . Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres.
La restauration est correcte, une carte plutôt internationale que locale. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux .
L'espace thermale est fantastique . Nous avons apprécié les différents espaces de sources chaudes et un petit plus pour les jacuzzis et son bar.
La situation de l'hôtel est proche de toutes les activités que La Fortuna peut proposer.

Ambiente muito bom. O jardim é lindo e bem cuidado , muitos pássaros , o jardim da suite é muito lindo , também o ofurô do quarto é um complemento muito bacana , onde relaxamos na volta dos passeios. O café da manhã é muito gostoso , o restaurante aberto a noite é uma facilidade. A cordialidade dos staff foi incrivel. Adoramos a estadia.
