Fantastic thermal water facilities and great location. Room was clean and had a nice terrace.
The manager of the restaurant, Steven, was super rude and unpolite in his demeanour and customer service. We reported him to the hotel. Breakfast was average.

Nice and quiet and close to everything you will want to see.
Long trek for ice in the rain wasn’t fun. Beautiful property and nice thermal spas. The food was not great at all. Same basic options for breakfast everyday.
Simple and procice.Amazing location, nice and courteous staff, highly professional at the front desk and helpful with everything I needed. I especially loved the swim-up bar in the hot springs/hot pool; I had both of my dinners there. Breakfast was good as well. They truly understand what 'Pura Vida' means
The masseuse, although she was good, asked me to fill out a review while she was standing right next to me. Awkward
The facility was even better than expected. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The restaurant staff were amazing and so friendly. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The view of the volcano was spectacular. Such a great resort.

The rooms themselves were a bit dated and bland - perhaps a bit more colour and pattern?
