Pros:

Location is amazing, with coffee and restaurants in the square below. and public transportation near. staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is small and not rich compared to other palaces I've been, especially for the price of it. since i didn't include it in the deal, it was not that a deal breaker. tried it once, then went out each morning.

Friendly staff, great location and nice breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was very satisfying with custom order eggs, fruits, juices and plenty of yoghurt and granola. There were also plenty of bread and dessert options.

The location was very convenient, close to public transportation and a nice square in front of the hotel

One of the best hotels we have ever enjoyed.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and offered a glass of sparkling wine while checking in. The staff Martin and Adam were exceptional. Any requests made of staff were dealt with great respect and efficiency. The location is not only quiet and pleasant but also quite unique with an internal and external courtyard. The location was close to all the sights of Budapest. The breakfasts were outstanding. We could not fault this hotel in any manner.
