Зупиняюсь в цьому готелі вже не перший раз. Але в цього разу, було просто жахливо: приїхали в готель ввечері стомлені, перший номер взагалі був в ремонті-персонал навіть не знає що відбувається в них в номерах. Після заміни на інший номер, прибраний був погано, ванна кімната брудна, дзеркала дуже брудні, кондиціонер не працював, серветок в номері немає, води гарячої не було. На рецепції коли здавали номер персонал навіть не поцікавився чи все добре і сподобалось нам чи ні.

The staff from senior management to the staff on reception, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and friendly.

Ensure everything we needed close to the airport clean Hotel very relaxing taxis at hand

Properties very clean immaculate bedrooms were cleaned beds were clean beautifully set lots of lots of attention to detail

Spa facilities were nice will be very attentive .
Waiting Staff Najib excellent

One of our party was in a wheelchair and they have a wheelchair available and the staff are very helpful
Would recommend this hotel to anyone who has mobility issues and has family
