Okropne traktowanie klienta! Byliśmy w piątkę, 2 dorosłych i trójka dzieci,przydzielone nam zostały 2 pokoje dwuosobowe i to akurat normalnie, ale jak poprosiliśmy o chociaż jedną dodatkową kołdrę, ponieważ było ich dwie małe i nie szło się przykryć w trzy osoby,żądano od nas dodatkowej opłaty, na co my oczywiście że się nie zgodziły, bo to nie było normalne! Pokoje czyste nie były, obsługa bardzo nie miła! Ten hotel nie zasługuje absolutnie na 5 gwiazdek, trzy gwiazdki i to takie słabe! Najlepsze się zaczęło po wymeldowaniu: dostaliśmy wiadomość od booking że hotel zgłosił zniszczenie czterech ręczników przez nas,które nie idzie wyczyścić i hotel chce żebyśmy zapłaciły za te ręczniki! Serio? Dodam tylko że w momencie wymeldowania obsługa idzie do pokoi i wszystko sprawdza,dopiero jak potwierdzają że wszystko jest w porządku, możesz opuścić hotel. Tak właśnie i było w naszym przypadku: pokoje sprawdzone,wszystko w porządku, dziękuję i dowidzenia. I dopiero po kilku dniach wiadomość o te ręczniki...Zaproponowaliśmy że przyjedziemy do hotelu i wszystko wyjaśnimy na miejscu, zapłacimy za te ręczniki jeżeli nam je pokażą że faktycznie są zniszczone, ponieważ nadal jesteśmy w Tajlandii i jak na razie to nie ma żadnej odpowiedzi. Mimo to zdjęcia i wyposażenie pokoju na booking nie do końca odpowiadają rzeczywistości, na przykład nie ma w pokojach szlafroków, które mają być. Nie polecam tego hotelu!Omijać jak najdalej!!!
