Gerne wieder!
Pros:

War inzwischen schon das dritte mal in dem eXo Boutique Hotel, und konnte die Zimmer sowohl zur Straßenseite, als auch zum Innenhof testen. In beiden war kaum was von Außen zu hören. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, und trotzdem ruhig. Kleines, aber feines Frühstück.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Licht auf den Zimmern wäre schön.

Cons:

Bilder der Zimmer im Netz haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun Fön lief nicht Fußleiste defekt, Toilettenpapier nur noch vier Blätter drauf gewesen, Eingangstür immer offen und kein Portier. Erst Auf der 1. Etage und man wusste nicht ist man in Hotel Luise oder exo Hotel. Ein Hotel zwei Namen. Beim auschecken empfahl die freundliche Dame uns das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel zu nehmen. „Das sei besser“

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Personal war nett. Zimmer neu renoviert. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen wurde uns gesagt, sie wären überbucht und hätten kein Zimmer mehr frei für uns. Ich habe wohlgemerkt ein Jahr vorher gebucht. Der Chef hatte noch die Dreistigkeit uns ein Zimmer in Schwetzingen anzubieten, obwohl wir offensichtlich ein Zimmer in Mannheim wollten. Wir mussten uns dann spontan eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel zu so einem hohen Preis
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt in der Fußgängerzone und Nähe Veranstaltungsort Capitol. Zimmer zum Hinterhof war sehr ruhig nachts.

Cons:

Altes Hotel wird versucht in ein neues gängiges System einzuordnen. Rezeption abends nicht besetzt. Hotel komplett offen, jeder kann mit Aufzug und Treppe zu allen Zimmern, sehr unsicheres Gefühl. Türen sind nicht sicher. Tür immer mit Code zu öffnen. Bäder und Böden neu gemacht, aber Wände Fenster alt, Festersinse dreckig, nicht gestrichen.
Frühstück Billigwaren. Es wird versucht es ansprechend zu präsentieren. Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Sehr zentral , sehr gute Verbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter .Zimmer/Bad war sehr sauber .Ich bin spontan noch eine Nacht länger geblieben , auch das wurde ermöglicht . Einkausfstrasse und etliche Kioske,Restaurants und Dönerläden direkt vor der Tür. Sehr multikulturell
Der Chekout ist gottseidank erst um 11 und nicht ,wie angegeben um 10 Uhr !

Cons:

Das Erreichen des Hotels war für mich sehr kompliziert , weil das Hotel mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar ist und das Navi mich deshalb ganz woanders abgesetzt hat .Habe dann irgendwo im Parkhaus geparkt und habe mich durchgefragt .
Am Eingang des Hotels steht :
Hotel Luise, das hat die Suche noch erschwert
Diese Punkte und den Chekout sollte man bei Booking in der Beschreibung noch mehr hervorheben ,bzw ändern

Angenehme, einfache Unterkunft in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Einfacher check-in, bequeme Betten, leckeres umfangreiches Frühstück, super Lage mit tollem Blick von der Dachterrasse, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Beleuchtung z.T. defekt, TV ebenso, Dusche strahlte teils zur Seite. Das Gepäck mussten wir 5 Minuten vom Parkhaus transportieren, weil man in die Fußgängerzone nicht reinfahren darf.

Cons:

Extrem laut! + wenn die Kollegen die anderen Zimmer sauber gemacht haben, konnten wir überhaupt nicht schlafen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie direkt neben unserem Kopf arbeiten. Wirklich, man konnte keine eine Stunde schlafen.

Ich hab extra Doppelbett ausgewählt aber das war kein Doppelbett LEIDER.
