Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar, Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber, Frühstück war lecker, Personal war sehr freundlich

Die Lage war uns wichtig.

Natürlich werden Hotel-Fotos gerne im Weitwinkel gemacht u d nur die schönsten Perspektiven gezeigt - so geschickt und stringent haben wir es jedoch noch nie erlebt und leider ist dann die Realität vor Ort sehr ernüchternd.
In dem Regal der Sitzecke/ Rezeption stand abends um 21 Uhr verwahrlostes dreckiges Geschirr.
Leider war es der einzigen Mitarbeiterin des Frühstücksservice nicht möglich, am Sonntag morgen die Kaffeemaschine zum Laufen zu bringen. Die Aufback-Brötchen waren leider steinhart.

Ganz in Ordnung, doch die Lage ist nicht so gut und laut.
Pros:

Ausstattung war gut, die Sauberkeit war auch gut. Das Personal war nett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Teilweise neu renoviert. War optisch schön eingerichtet. Es gab kostenlos Tee.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut durch die Straßenbahn. Leider waren auch die Gäste laut und wir sind mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht weil unsere Nachbarn sehr laut waren. Das Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung. Ein paar Sachen waren zusammen gebastelt und etwas kaputt (z.B. der Stuhl oder die Türe). Die Badtüre hatte geklemmt und man konnte nicht abschließen.
