Hervorragende Lage, Herausragender Service, exklusive aber nicht abgehobene Atmosphäre, Brasserie mit fantastischem Frühstück, dass sein Geld wert ist, Bar Noir ebenfalls mit sehr schöner Atmosphäre und sehr gutem Service
Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon zum Innenhof, dadurch sehr ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt, vom Bad separiertes WC
Zu wenig Licht im Bad, leider kein Waschbecken im WC
Das Tortue ist nicht nur ein schönes Hotel, es ist ein Erlebnis, ich komme wieder!!!!
Alles, der französische Stil, das Personal, das Zimmer, das Bett und und und …
Das Zimmer war sauber und alles war klasse.
Frühstück war super lecker und die Karte war mit allen was man sich wünschte bestückt.
Alles wurde ganz frisch zubereitet und serviert.
Kein Buffet!!!
Die Lage ist spitze, besser geht es nicht.

Wenn es überhaupt was zu meckern gibt, dann, dass die Zimmertüren ziemlich laut zu fallen. Aber das ist „das Haar in der Suppe“.

Ein sehr netter Empfang. Wir wurden sofort telefonisch informiert, als das Zimmer frei war. Valet Parking zu empfehlen. Kleines, aber ausreichend großes Zimmer in unserer Kategorie. Zimmerwunsch (ruhige Lage zum Innenhof) wurde berücksichtigt. Top Restaurants und Bars im Hotel und Innenhof. Ein sensationelle Frühstück mit einem unglaublich guten und aufmerksamen Service. Das Tortue ist sicher eines der Top-Hotels in Hamburg. Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt und zur Laeiszhalle.
Beim Frühstück kann es zu bestimmten Zeiten recht voll werden, wenn das Hotel am Wochenende gut gebucht ist. Doch die aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter lösen das Problem. Sonst gibt es keinerlei Anlass zu Kritik.
