Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, рядом пляж. Территория ухоженная. Сам отель не новый, но уютный, все в духе своего времени. Номер понравился, очень уютно, чисто и светло. Семейный номер просторный, отделена гардеробная. Отличная просторная ванная комната, с большой ванной и душем. Отделана мрамором и деревянными панелями, есть халаты. Персонал приветливый, услужливый. Понравился ресторан а ля карт. Есть детская комната с настольным теннисом и футболом.

Cons:

Напитки на ужине достаточно дорогие, нет бесплатной воды. На ужин и завтрак выбор не очень большой. Плохо работает вытяжка в ресторане, запах еды чувствуется на нулевом этаже.

Lovely spot
Pros:

Location was amazing. Some wrote that it is dated/old, but the decor is less old than rather classic. It reminded me of some classic amazing hotels and vacation spots. The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac likewise have old style, but it is a classic old style rather than a dated style. This place has that same quality. It has an old elegance to the place, but the place did not feel old. The food was fresh and there were a variety of great options at the buffet. The ocean was amazing. There were great tennis courts and they have a nice game room. The sauna was okay, but not very hot.

Cons:

It is fairly expensive. We were initially double charged for our son on the reservation. Booking charged us extra for a 3rd person (teenager) and then the facility wanted to charge us an extra 85 euros for our son. It was clear we already paid for it by the reservation, but there is some glitch in Booking.com database. 24 hours before arrival I was told I had to pay this extra fee or 85 euros a day for our son. Luckily I was allowed to cancel the reservation and then rebooked it as two adults and then paid for our son when we arrived. That error seems like an error in the way the reservation is made through booking.com. This caused a lot of tension until I was able to cancel reservation and rebook, otherwise I was being charged extra through booking.com and then again at the facility. The sauna could have been warmer. The fee for my son was an extra 85 euros a day which includes breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately my son is a picky eater and he didn't eat enough to justify that extra expense for the food. However the food was excellent and fresh. If you want a no hassle beautiful location, this place is wonderful as long as you don't have a picky eater in your group. Also be careful when adding children to reservation given the glitch we had.

Totalmente inadequado para pessoa com mobilidade reduzida acesso ao WC impossível devido a porta, acesso ao duche difícil devido a degrau, acesso à varanda com degrau, alcatifa suja e entrave para o deslizamento da cadeira de rodas, acesso a esplanada com degrau.

Muito bom hotel!
Pros:

Staff da receção caloroso e com simpatia genuína, com destaque para a rececionista Carolina (?) que nos atendeu. Soberbo pequeno-almoço e jantar, com opções regionais. Vistas lindíssimas para o mar e praia. É um hotel que ainda preserva a sua autenticidade regional, o que é ótimo.

Cons:

Não haver cafeteria no quarto. É um hotel 4 estrelas com bastante potencial, por isso é uma pena não terem um centro wellness com jacuzzi e piscina interior aquecida.
