C'è spazio per il miglioramento
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi di via Ceccarini. 9Stanza pulita, letto grande e comodo, colazione varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Struttura un po' contrastante, tra dettagli di un certo livello (ad esempio rifiniture in marmo) e mobiglio un datato. Il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato poco cordiale, asciutto, tranne la sig.ra con capelli corti neri e accento straniero, molto gentile, di aiuto nel dare informazioni utili, e specialmente molto empatica. In un albergo che vanta 4 stelle, questi aspetti andrebbero curati di più.

Due giorni rilassanti nella splendida Riccione
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro ma in posizione tranquilla. Comodo alla stazione. Camere con ogni comfort. Avevamo una terrazza enorme con giardinetto pensile. Bagno con finestre. È il secondo soggiorno di quest'anno.

Cons:

Le porte e i corridoi potrebbero essere un po' più moderni.

Cons:

Problemi con l’aria condizionata, in quanto funzionava ma non il comando dalla camera. Bisognava scendere in reception tutte le volte che si voleva alzare o abbassare la temperatura o addirittura se si voleva accendere o spegnere.
Alle 3 di notte si gelava sono dovuta scendere a dire di spegnerla e alle 7 del mattino invece morivo di caldo e sono dovuta scendere di nuovo per dire di accenderla!
Nessuno è mai salito a controllare il comando e non c’è stato neanche proposto di cambiare camera.
Alla fine del soggiorno procedo al saldo chiedo uno sconto in quanto il grande disagio e mi viene detto che non è assolutamente possibile e di contattare Booking nel caso volessimo un rimborso.
Per un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetto altro.

Pros:

colazione gradevole. Posizione ottima, nei pressi della via centrale e non distante dal mare. Si gira tranquillamente a piedi. Anche la stazione è raggiungibile in pochi minuti

Pros:

La posizione, la stanza ampia e pulita con il letto molto comodo ed un bel terrazzo.

Cons:

La presenza dei moscerini/insetto simile alle mosche nonostante la pulizia. In giornata non si vedono ma alla sera si. Dopo aver accesso l'aria condizionata non le abbiamo più visti

Torno sempre volentieri in questo hotel, mi sento a casa. Lo staff e’ gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camera spaziosa e luminosa, colazione varia e abbondante. La posizione è più che eccezionale, per me e’ la posizione migliore di Riccione. Vicinissimo al mare ma anche a negozi, servizi ecc. Tornerò sicuramente con mio marito o amiche per darmi coccolare. Bravo tutto lo staff, le ragazze sono molto gentili e cordiali. Ti fanno sentire a casa …
