Very poor
Pros:

It was my favorite place, and I stayed here for more than 10 times during the last year and recommended to many travellers. This time, I booked for 4 nights, and the owner wanted to charge me for the change of towels and for change of sheets. Change of towels is 150 Pesos and change of sheets (500 Pesos). I can actually buy a new one for this price. I mistakenly booked it for 4 nights and wanted to change it to 2 nights, but the owner denied it.

Cons:

Security do not allow to enter the premises and let you stay on the road until after the check-in time and the owner need to send information / clearance to them. Every time, you need to wait at the gate near the security and get down from your taxi and wait for some clearance from the owner even if you arrive after the check-in time. I arrived at 04:00 PM, and the security told that they have no information for my check-in. After some call, they allowed me to go inside. Then, the building staff took copy of ID and got the form signed. There was no key in the key box and the Building staff told me to contact the owner for that. Since I had no internet, after lots of persuasion, the building staff called the owner and the owner staff came to handover the key.

It was not good
Pros:

It was at the heart of the city.
Very convenient location

Cons:

It could have been better if the caretaker just left the toiletries and towels all at once goodfor 5 days, so we dont need to ask for it if needed.the window was stuck and cant be closed bugs were entering through it.there was a water leak at the ceiling in the kitchen, ceiing lamp screws were loosen and hanging

Pros:

The apartment is very big with separate bedroom and separate living room.

I was fooled by false representation
Pros:

The room is spacious

Cons:

It said there was a washing machine, but it was locked and I couldn't use it.Even though I wanted to use it, they didn't respond.

Disappointing
Pros:

Bad. Phone contact number for 2 days no one answered. Got to property and had to wait 45 min before anyone showed up to let us in . No toilet paper and gave us 2 towels for 3 people . Not impressed

Wonderful stay in Davao
Pros:

Perfectly located just a few steps away from Abreeza mall. The wifi connection was fast. Kitchen facilities were complete, and there was free drinking water. The beds were comfortable and the place was nicely decorated. The lobby was nice and the floor was quiet. The contact person was very responsive. Parking was available on site (although I had to coordinate directly with the guards for this; it was about PHP 400 per day)

Cons:

None. There was a bit of a mixup with the number of people staying -- we reserved for four people but only two sets of towels and no extra beddings were laid out when we arrived, but the contact person immediately rectified this. Some of the glassware and the lamp bulbs may also have to be changed as three of the four glasses appear to have cracks, one of the lamps had a wonky lightbulb while the other does not turn on. Also it takes a bit of effort to get water from the water containers because the manual pump was not airtight.
