L'emplacement est fabuleux. Le personnel est sympathique, compétent et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable. La literie est confortable. Les chambres sont très bien équipées. Le repas au restaurant Atelier est délicieux.

Cons:

J'ai pris mon petit déjeuner à 07h45 (possible jusqu'à 10h) et à mon arrivée, je trouve qu'il manquait certaines choses sur le buffet, notamment il n'y avait pratiquement plus de fromages sur le plateau. C'est dommage. Le personnel aurait pu réapprovisionner. C'est mon unique reproche.

The hotel location is excellent, quiet, lovely street, right in the heart of charming Basel, two stops from railway station. Lot of seating outside with plants around you. Lovely breakfast room with excellent breakfast. Bed was very good. Good shower. Nice staff.

Cons:

The room was rather modest in decoration, however, it served the purpose very well.
