Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein ansprechendes Hotel in super Lage am Rand des Zentrum.
Fußläufig zur Oper, zum Konzerthaus, auch zum Bahnhof.
Die Basel Card ist inklusive.
Sehr gutes Restaurant

Excellent emplacement pour un voyage d'affaires ou culturel. La chambre est neuve, spacieuse, et confortablement meublée. Le petit déjeuner est frais et riche, comportant un choix plats cuisinés. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable.

Pros:

J’ai surtout apprécié la réaction de la cheffe qui m’a gentiment offert une nouvelle chambre suite à des soucis dus à un chantier temporaire.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Basel. Das Frühstück haben wir nachträglich dazu gebucht. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein (Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis) und wir wurden mit einer handgeschriebenen Karte sowie zwei Reclam-Heftchen auf dem Bett begrüsst.

Pros:

Le lieu très sympathique , chaleureux, jolie chambre, excellent restaurant.

Cons:

Il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel.
Je ne sais pas si c'est lié mais cela ne sentait pas très bon dans la chambre.
Staff très sympa, parfois un peu junior.

Gutes und freundliches Hotel für ein Wochenende in Basel.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein "Style"-Zimmer. Dieses war geräumig und angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir auch sehr zufrieden, der Andrang war allerdings enorm und das Personal kam zeitenweise kaum hinterher mit dem Buffet. Eine schöne Idee ist der Gruss auf dem Kissen in Form von Literatur statt Schokolade.

Wohlfühlaufenthalt in schönem Ambiente
Pros:

Sehr schöner Gebäudekomplex mit viel Charakter, sehr gute Lage: In der Nähe der Altstadt, des Barfüsserplatzes und des Rheins. Unser Zimmer war schlicht, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bar im Kunsthotel ist auch ein grosses Plus.

Cons:

Beim Frühstückbüffet musste man teilweise etwas lang aufs Getränk oder die Eier warten, ansonsten war das Frühstück gut; sonntags wäre ein Zopf und geräuchter Fisch noch wünschenswert.
