This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

Conveniently located, well-equipped apartment for family holiday
Pros:

Location of Zara was excellent! We were a family of 4 and did not rent a car this time round but found it extremely convenient to get around Sydney. Bus stops and train stops were always just a few minutes away by walk and the weather is good, the main CBD area is just 15 minutes walk away. A great way to see the city. We also stopped by World Square pretty often which was just a 5 minutes walk away to visit Coles and get groceries every 2 days or so.

There was also a cafe called Basket Brothers and a Chinese restaurant Mr Wu's that are just downstairs so if it happens to be raining or you just feel like staying in, you can easily get food from either place.

Rooms were very comfortable for us and kitchen was extremely well-equipped. We could prepare simple meals and reheat food we brought back etc.

Cons:

As it was winter, at times, it did feel like the apartment just couldn't be warmed up and we would often 'hide' under the blankets in our respective rooms. But it was never freezing cold.

Great stay for our Sydney trip
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The room has all the appliances to make your stay easier, even the tabs for the dishwasher, washing powder, dishwashing liquid as well as Nespresso coffee and T2 Tea are daily supplied. The staff were friendly and provided service with a smile. Room service is daily, which means that you always comeback to a clean and tidy room after a day of exploring Sydney. The location is great and allows you to walk to most of the destinations within Sydney. We found that Surrey Hills has lots of great restaurants and bakeries, all on walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

The road in front of the hotel can be noisy and the building works around the hotel provides the necessary disturbance, especially early in the morning. Unfortunately, this is nothing the hotel can do about, it comes with a central city location.

Conveniently located and well-equipped accommodation with 24-hour front desk.
Pros:

The 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious. The availably of two toilets make it very comfortable for our party of four. Daily turndown service is a delightful surprise for a service apartment type of stay. Appliances that needed assistance for use or replacement were seen to immediately by the 24-hour front desk, even at night.
