Please note that Zara Tower – Luxury Suites and Apartments requires a valid credit card and photo ID at the time of check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

- Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 300 for One Bedroom Apartments;
- Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 400 for Two-Bedroom Apartments;

Great value for money in a good location.
Pros:

Location- close to Central station, grocery stores (Aldi), great variety of restaurants, walkable to more restaurants and shopping.
Very well equipped kitchen.
We didn’t have daily housekeeping but could get a generous refill of the coffee pods upon request.
Interior design with clean lines, lots of storage.
Generous supply of laundry detergent and toiletries ( big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, lotion), huge towels.
Late check out available within a limited time frame upon request.
Quick response time from reception desk

Cons:

On a bigger street, so it get’s loud early ( not a problem if you are jet-lagged like us, though😉)
No blackout curtains

Great room
Pros:

Great room. Large and clean. Good facilities. No washer or dryer though.

Cons:

There was a loud noise in the ceiling when it was windy that kept waking me up at night. A washer and dryer would have been so handy in this large room for a few night stay.

Pros:

Easy/fast check-in and wifi. Each guest offered choice of pillows for personal comfort. Comfortable living room furniture and spacious. Exterior covered patio/deck with table/chairs was a bonus. Good value for money.

Cons:

Construction of new building next door and uninteresting views of other apartments only. I wouldn't call it a 'luxury' suite, but it was pleasant and served our needs perfectly/as expected.

Great serviced apartment affordable for family
Pros:

Laundry in unit about 6-8 min walk to public transport to tourist places. Friendly staff who worked to get us in early. Great services apartment. Breakfast place on the corner was great!

Cons:

Not much- wish it was closer to circular quay but that’s on us!

Confortable et beau mais positionnement bruyant et un peu éloigné des transports.
Pros:

La décoration de l’appartement est superbe, la literie est très confortable et le ménage tous les jours donc très propre.

Cons:

Le bruit car nous étions bas et la rue est bruyante. Le positionnement, à 10mins à pieds des transports.

Perfect apartment in Sydney
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay at Zara Tower. The staff at reception were very welcoming on arrival and really looked after us after a long international flight. The apartment was spotless and there was plenty of space. The washing machine and dryer were also very useful. They don’t have a restaurant but the cafe on the corner was excellent and gave us a discount for staying at Zara Tower. It’s only a 10 minute walk to town and 30 mins to Circular Key with great transport links nearby. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable experience but expensive for what you receive.

Great apartment in the heart of Sydney!
Pros:

Zara was in the perfect location - close to the markets, shopping and multiple restaurant scenes. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with ample kitchen supplies. The staff were welcoming and very friendly - they responded quickly to our questions and issues.

Cons:

The TV did not work despite trouble shooting from staff - job logged. The shower over bathtub in the second bathroom had a very wobbly base - like it felt very weak and flimsy, and the glass was very short resulting in a very wet bathroom.

Security system is a Nuisance
Pros:

All good except security issue

Cons:

I would have given them higher stars if they had not given this problem. As reported by several other people as well they charge security amount. From me they charged 400 AUD. They stated they released on 19th but i never got it. As a result i have to daily check and follow with bank or file chargeback. It is a total nuisance and they shouldn’t have done that. I had also given them cash option to take as security and give at time of checkout. They had refused. Like other apartments they should have taken just card details. All other stores/ companies were successfully able to give back refunds within 2-4 working days.

I don’t like there security system. This has spoiled the entire experience
