This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows:

Spacious room in an excellent location with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the size of the room was amazing. We had the ability to sleep, hang out, eat, and entertain friends we met in town.

Cons:

There was construction during our stay, although the impact was minimal.

Great place, great location and great customer service.
Pros:

The apartment has been one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was very close proximity to central station and everything else was very walkable. As for the apartment itself, I have found it to be quite comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, making for the time I stayed at the apartment most enjoyable. Lastly the customer service was one of the best, staff was super helpful and accomodating, giving us a great impression of our first time in Sydney. Couldn't recommend it more.

Comfy and well serviced apartment close to Circular Quay and Opera House.
Pros:

The desk staff were really friendly and helpful and there was someone on duty 24/7. The Tower is a gentle 25 mins walk down to Circular Quay and 5 mins walk to the train and tram station. The cafe 50 meters down on the street corner has a 10% deal for residents and the food is great (Basket Brothers)

No complaints at all

Good location near Central Station with decent room sizes
Pros:

Apartment size was generous and the house keeping staff were excellent. Location was great with many restaurants and cafes close by.

There was construction going on next door which made it noisy at times.
