Clean room, pleasant stay. Good breakfast
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was good and the restaurant area was beautiful and peaceful. Checkout and checkin was easy and they had a free shuttle to and from airport which was very convenient.

Cons:

The room was really small. But it was ok because this is an airport transit hotel so it met our needs.

Cons:

I payed included taxes on booking , they let me pay more taxes , I don't like scam .
Yesterday booked same room and payed less taxes , they are telling me that this is app problem I think they scammed me .

Poor location
Pros:

Staff pleasant and helpful. Comuter bus had just left, 1.5 hr wait till next, so took a taxi. Turned out it was a 15+ k drive as they are located other side of the airport, and Air Asia had opetated fron there, no longer. Cafe next door did breakfast and dinner. I had nasi goreng for dinner, ok but small serve. Chicken schitzel looked much better. Breakfast was fine. The other Tune Hotel is right beside airport terminal, so better locatiin, walk only.

A practical opt. for a 1 night layover stay near the airport, but not one for comfort or longer stay
Pros:

Tune Hotel is a convenient option if you just need a place to crash before an early flight. The free shuttle bus to the airport is a great perk.

Cons:

The room was very, very small! Honestly uncomfortable, with barely any space to move around. It's fine for a quick overnight stay before a flight, but definitely not suited for anything longer.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Our room smelled like poop, changed to another room and the level of noise was unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life. The shuttle ride around the airport was also the worst ride in a vehicle i have ever experienced, this is coming from somebody who has ridden in rural open air buses in very underdeveloped parts of the world that were more comfortable.

Worst stay ever in an airport hotel.
Pros:

The only thing good about this property was the free shuttle

Cons:

The rooms were very small and the bed was uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
