Really horrible room space double bed but no space to solat if you guys want to for single person this room ok not for couple or family I talk to the staff but really don't have customers service

It sucked the room sucked.
Cons:

The name of the hotel gives the impression that it is near the airport KLIA - It isnt it is in the Cargo section of the airport 17mins away from KLIA2. I had to take a Grab from KLIA2 to Tune Aeropolis which cost me RM35,

Pros:

close to airport with free shuttle every two hours. clear instructions on how to make use of this service. room ok to spend the night. food at the restaurant was nice.

Cons:

if you miss the shuttle you have to wait 2 hours. room is very small but clean overall. bedsheets were smelly looked like it wasn't changed. no kettle in room. at least a kettle and tea/coffee could be provided. very minimal items in room. only 1 towel, one soap and a small body wash.

24 hour reception

Cons:

Difficult to get to. There are 2 Tune hotels at the airport. While there is a shuttle, it took a long time to get to the hotel. I should have booked the other one, which we could walk to.

Dont stay here, stay at the location closer to the airport.
Pros:

I liked that they had a room available. I also liked the the airport transfer. The room was clean and had towels and soap available.

Cons:

They only transport a few times a day. We had to get take the 3am transport for a 700 flight. We had a broken air conditioner. The noise was non stop till early in the morning. The room had only 1 outlet, so we had to decide which phone could be charged.

Good for overnight transit. Small room. Theres hot water. Clean. Staffs are friendly. Free coffee voucher was given

Cons:

The shuttle from klia2 to the aeropolis last schedule was 10pm. If fully booked then you need to spend about rm35 for grab.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. We ask for topplast and they provided for us.

Cons:

Small room, no TV, only suitable for short vacation. Sound from corridor, maybe new guest just arrived and walk on corridor. they chat each other, little bit noisy. other than that,everything okay.
