We never arrived there due to wrong location link in booking app. We arrived some dump place were other poor people lived, no one could help us, nor understand English, and by the time the owner of this place replayed and gave us a real loction we were already going to somewhere else that was real and we could sattle (we were after 6 hour drive with a crying baby in the car and waiting in no where to recieve real location wasn't suitable for us)

The coffee filter is dirty with molds that is why we did kot use it. No netflix on the tv especially in the master’s bedroom. Parking is so expensive, the area being located many meters away from the residential building. Only one elevator is working which is a hassle considering there were many guests.

The property didn’t reply to me when I was having a problem checking in to the property. I wasn’t able to use my booking because the lobby didn't have a record of my booking. The lobby was asking for the unit number and tower number of the property but nothing was provided in the booking confirmation. Sent several messages to the property but not a single reply. We had no choice but to book another hotel. Causing such a big hassle and incovenience to us.

No internet. We reported that the internet is suspended due to non paymeny but they didn't do anything.
