設備（新しい）もスタッフ対応も満足でした。
Pros:

夜食のラーメン（とてもおいしかった！）や湯上りの乳酸菌飲料は予想外だったのでお得感が満載でした！何より、私のミスで予約が重複していたのをブッキングドットコムに返金の手続きしていただいたことや、スタッフのローテーションがあったにも関わらず連携が良くて話が通じていたのがとてもうれしかったです。ちなみにブッキングドットコムは「ホテルが承認しているので返金します」といった後で「ホテルの承認がないのでダメです」というメールが来るし、海外からの電話で受け取れなかったり、スタッフ間の連携がまるで取れていないようです。まだ正式な返事がありません。ホテルが良かったので、倍払っても損したとは思いっていません！

Cons:

とくにありませんが、コンビニが少し遠かったです。風呂上がりに歩いたら、夏にも関わらずちょっと湯冷めしました。館内設置は難しいでしょうが、もう少し近くにコンビニがあると良いですね。
